PSORIASIS AT HIV-POSITIVE PATIENTS: FEATURES OF DISEASE COURSE

Abstract

Results of features of psoriasis clinical course at HIV-positive patients are presented in the article. It is shown that psoriasis can come in any stage of HIV infection. Quite often (26,3% of patients) the development of the first episode of psoriasis coincides with detection of HIV antibodies. The clinical picture of dermatosis at such patients is quite various. In most cases (78,9% of patients) have mild forms psoriasis. At 21,1% of patients more serious and widespread forms of dermatosis against expressed immunodeficiency on the T-cellular link were observed. The obtained data confirm the need of further accumulation and generalization of clinical and laboratory data for the purpose of development of criteria for screening patients on HIV infection.
