ANALYSIS OF COMPLIANCE OF SURGICAL TREATMENT TECHNIQUES ON NECROTIZING COLOENTERITIS TO PROCESS STAGES

Abstract

The analysis of technique compliance of concerning surgical treatment of necrotizing coloenteritis to stages of process and severity of patient’s conditions among 50 children who had this disease and receiving treatment in surgical unit is performed. The analysis showed that the techniques of surgical treatment applied in our clinic corresponded to a stage of a disease and severity of patient’s conditions. Lethal outcomes weren’t preventable and aren’t connected with to the level and quality of operative treatment, and caused by the progressing sepsis, development of multiple organ injury syndrome and a bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
