FEATURES OF GESTATION COURSE AND LABORS AT HIV-SEROPOSITIVE WOMEN
Abstract
The retrospective analysis of 203 cose records of labor of HIV-positive patients aged from 20 till 42 years who had III and IV A stages of HIV infection is performed. The course of labors at women with positive HIV status by their premature labor and anomalies development of patrimonial activity authentically got complicated more often. Operational abdominal delivery, reducing probability of intranatal infecting a fetus, authentically increases risk of puerperal purulent - septic complications and advance of HIV infection at mother.
