REACTION OF ILEAL LYMPH NODE AT CHRONIC CADMIUM INPUT AT PREGNANCY (PILOT STUDY)

Abstract

Morphometric research structures of ileal lymph nodes at pregnancy against chronic cadmium intoxication is conducted. Signs of activation of humoral link of the immune answer are revealed. The share of cortical substance of lymph node is enlarged. Everywhere the increased death of cells that leads to decrease of lymphocytes quantity, macrophages, eosinophilic granulocytes, mast cells, and in cerebral fibrotic folds - plasmocytes is defined. The share of Mott cells and two-nuclear plasmocytes is enlarged in cerebral fibrotic folds.
