INTEGRATION OF HEALTH CARE, SCIENCE AND EDUCATION IN PERFECTING SPECIALIZED CARE AT ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME
Abstract
Experience of the organization of medical care system at acute coronary syndrome on the basis of integration of resources of the medical organizations in municipal health system and federal institutions of science and education is presented in the article. In the Kemerovo region this direction is performed on the basis of the contract on cooperation between MHE «Kemerovo cardiologic dispensary», at FSBE «Scientific Research Institute of Complex Problems of Cardiovascular Diseases», of Federal Agency of Scientific Organizations and SBEI HPE «Kemerovo State Medical Academy» of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Performance of hi-tech cardiac interventions, rising of level of professionalism and competences of health workers, scientific justification and application of new medical technologies are the main objectives of a complex.
