MODERN CONDITIONS OF ADAPTATION OF THE YOUNG DOCTOR IN MEDICAL ORGANIZATION
Abstract
Conditions of introduction of mentoring in the medical organization are considered in the article. The analysis revealed that aging of personnel, disharmony of quality of medical education to demands of professional work of the doctor, reduction of lenth of doctor’s training for professional performance are the main points of mentoring in the medical organization. A condition of successful adaptation of the young specialist to work in the medical organization is assignment of highly skilled doctors in group of mentors.
