COMPARATIVE PHARMACOGNOSTIC ANALYSIS OF LEAVES AND FRUIT OF RASPBERRY ORDINARY

Abstract

The comparative pharmacognostic analysis of leaves and fruit of raspberry ordinary is performed. Macro- and microdiagnostic signs of raw materials are defined. The comparative phytochemical analysis revealed an existence of the BAC main groups: Acidum salicylicum, flavonoids, coumarines, hydroxycinnamic acids, Acidum ascorbinicum, tannins, polysaccharides. Their quantitative contents are defined. It is shown that the fermentation of leaves practically doesn’t influence on BAC output. There is a good reason to use 40 % ethanol as an extractant for extraction from leaves and fruit of the BAC main groups.
