PATHOMORPHOSIS OF SCHIZOPHRENIA OF СOMORBIDE CANNABINOID ABUSE (LITERATURE REVIEW)
Abstract
An analysis and systematization of literary data were carried out for the purpose of identification of pathomorphosis of schizophrenia of comorbide cannabinoid abuse. Fast development of schizophrenic process, progressive increase of deficiental disorders, steady increase of the number of therapyresistant patients with continuous course of process were diagnesed. These patients were repeatedly performed the therapy that was previously effective. Unfortunately it turned out to be ineffectual now, that demands new preparations, polypragmasy and special antirefractory events. The available numerous works concerning mainly pathomorphosis of schizophrenia, i.e. change of some properties of this disease can’t compensate the deficiency of knowledge that demands further studying of this pathology.
