GENETIC AND DOPPLER METRIC ASPECTS OF PROPHYLAXIS OF RECURRENCE OF HYSTEROMYOMA COMBINED WITH ADENOMYOSIS AFTER MYOMECTOMY

Abstract

In this article studying of condition of uterine blood flow and assessment of prevalence of gene options of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMR-1, 1G/2G) and inhibitor of activator plasminogen-1 (PAI-1, 4G/5G) is carried out at 105 patients before operation at various terms after myomectomy for the purpose of possible recurrence forecasting of hysteromyoma. Results of research showed that, existence at patients of homozygous (2G/2G) or heterozygotic (1G/2G) state of MMR-1 gene and combination of alleles of 2G MMR-1 and 5G of PAI-1 is distinctive for proliferating myoma form in combination with adenomyosis and progress of disease. Ultrasonic monitoring of biometric indicators of uterus and assessment of a condition of uterine blood flow is advisable after the performed conservative plastic surgeries concerning hysteromyoma, especially combined with adenomyosis in the postoperative period.
