ELIMINATION OF COMPLICATIONS AT MASTOPLASTY BY INJECTIONS OF POLYACRYLAMIDE GEL
Abstract
Methods of identification and elimination of complications at planimetric mastoplasty by injections of polyacrylamide gel with determination of terms of the delayed mammary glands endoprosthesis replacement are described. Surgical tactics at elimination of consequences of polyacrylamide gel introduction in many respects depends on specific features of gel biointegration and has to be directed on the maximum excision of gel and geleomas. Indications to single-step or delayed performance of augmentation mastoplasty at excision of geleomas and sanations of area of inflammation are specified.
