METHODICAL APPROACH TO READINESS ASSESSMENT OF YOUNG SPECIALISTS TO PHARMACEUTICAL ACTIVITY
Abstract
Methodical approach to assessment of readiness of interns to pharmaceutical activity is considered in the article. The objective of research consisted in development and realization of methodical approach to determination of theoretical, personal and practical readiness of interns for pharmaceutical activity. During the research it was established that theoretical and practical training of interns has an optimum level and makes 6,8 and 8,4 points respectively, personal readiness of interns has an optimum level (GPA 8,1).
