INFLUENCE OF CHARACTERISTICS OF GENITOURINARY FISTULA ON RESULTS OF EXPEDITIOUS TREATMENT AT WOMEN

Abstract

Efficiency of primary plasty of genitourinary fistulas at 226 women in the conditions of clinic with a wide experience of application of such operations made 91,6 %. Efficiency of primary correction of fistula is authentically influenced by the following factors: extent of fistulous defect, extent of cicatrical changes in area of fistulous course and existence of the previous operations on fistula plasty. The obtained data can be used for the purpose of optimization of approaches to treatment of this category of patients.
