ASSESSMENT OF EFFICIENCY OF OPERATIVE TREATMENTS OF PELVIC PROLAPSE BY MEANS OF SPECIAL QUESTIONNAIRES

Abstract

Reticular grafts are used for correction of pelvic prolapse of the II-IV stages at 376 women: Prolift system in 286 (76,1 %) cases and «Prolift+M» - in 90 (23,9 %). Life quality of patients was estimated by means of PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 questionnaires. Terms of postoperative observation of patients made 6-110 months (a median - 52 months). According to both questionnaires life quality authentically improved to the extremity of the 1st month after operation, then its further improvement by 6th month is registered. After 6 months indicators of life quality steadily remained at this level without deterioration throughout the entire period of observation.
