ABNORMALITIES OF URINARY ORGANS AT CHILDREN AS PREDICTOR OF DEVELOPMENT OF CHRONIC PYELONEPHRITIS

Abstract

Research objective was studying of epidemiological manifestations of congenital anomalies of development of kidneys in children and fetuses in Omsk. The mean annual indicator of frequency of development of abnormalities of urinary organs at children from 0 to 1st month of life and fetuses in Omsk for 10 years made 2,26 ‰. With the greatest frequency the congenital renal dysplasia, agenesia and hydronephrotic transformation of a kidney were registered in structure of urinary abnormalities at fetuses. Congenital renal dysplasia, hydronephrosis and congenital pyeloectasia were in the lead at deadborn children. Among all anomalies of uric system from 0 to 1st month of life congenital pyeloectasia and hydronephrosis were mainly diagnosed at the children who were born live. In structure of the chronic diseases of urinary system revealed in general from 0 to 17 years of life, the leading positions were taken by vesicoureteric reflux.
