INFLUENCE OF SPERMATOPROTECTIVE THERAPY ON EJACULATE INDICATORS AT PATIENTS WITH PROSTATIC TUBERCULOSIS

Abstract

An open prospective comparative randomized research on 72 patients with prostatic tuberculosis (PT) was conducted for the purpose of development, approbation of method of restoration of fecundity of patients with prostatic tuberculosis and assessment of its efficiency. Patients were divided into 2 groups: the main (49 people) received standard etiotropic treatment in a complex with spermatoprotective therapy including Selzink plus and chorionic Gonadotropinum; and group of comparison (23 persons) received only etiotropic treatment. Carrying out spermatoprotective therapy at patients with PT enlarged quantity of spermatozoons by 44,0 %; enlarged number of active and mobile forms of spermatozoons (group A and B) by 22,4 %, increased quantity of normal forms of sperms by 16,1 %.
