CLINICAL AND DYNAMIC ASPECTS OF COMORBIDITY OF SCHIZOPHRENIA AT PATIENTS WITH CANNABINOID ABUSE SYNDROME

Abstract

For the purpose of identification of clinicodynamic aspects of a comorbidity of schizophrenia with a syndrome of kannabioid abuse 56 patients (F 20.0 were examined; F12.0 on MCB-10). Average age of examinees was 27 ± 4 years. The informed voluntary consent to participation in research was used. Duration of a disease is from 1 to 5 years. Research was conducted at a stage of lack of an acute psychotic symptomatology, absence of intoxication caused by reception of psychoactive agents. The following methods were used: a clinical method, the semi-structured psychiatric interview, the Scale of an assessment of positive symptoms (SAPS), the Scale of an assessment of negative symptoms (SANS), the Scale of an assessment of positive and negative symptoms (PANSS). The conducted research showed dynamic development of schizophrenic process with prevalence of a psychopatholike symptomatology against formation of an apathoabulic state, with pavor of death in the form of a monosymptom, a prevailation of crazy ideas of the religious contents, iresistance and poverty of hallucinations.
