FEATURES OF REMISSION AT SCHIZOPHRENIA OF СOMORBIDE CANNABINOID ABUSE

Abstract

For the purpose of detection of features of remission at schizophrenia of comorbide cannabinoid abuse 49 male patients (F 20.0; F12.0 on ICD-10) were examined. Duration of a disease is from 3 to 10 years. The age of respondents was 36 ± 5 years. All participants accepted adequate psychopharmacotherapy. The informed voluntary consent to participation in research was used. The following methods were used: semi-structured psychiatric interview for an assessment of the mental status of patients; clinical and follow-up method; scale of assessment of positive symptoms (SAPS) and scale of assessment of negative symptoms (SANS); positive and negative syndromes scale (PANSS); Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS). Research was conducted in two stages with frequency of 1 year. As features of remissions disappearance of interests, hobby, communication need, friends are revealed at this category of patients. At objectively safe employability nearly a half of patients (47 %, p < 0,001; 43 %, p < 0,001) don’t work and hardly fulfill only the elementary house duties. Lack of hospitalization within a year is registered at 72 % of patients that can testify to synchronization of process with resistant delusions of the religious contents and the expressed apathoabulic syndrome.
