NUTRITIVE STATUS AT ARTERIAL HYPERTENSIA AND COMBINED WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE

Abstract

Article is devoted to assessment of the nutritive status of patients with AH and in combination with COPD. On the basis of the analysis of the anthropometric data, data of bioimpedancemetry and level of free leptin hormone in a blood direct high correlation link of free leptin level with indicator of fat mass according to bioimpedancemetry are presented; direct moderate correlation link between BMI indicators and percent of fatty tissue at an assessment of composite body composition is shown. It was revealed that patients with AH have the expressed changes of body composition, and maximum levels of free leptin become perceptible at patients with combined pathology of AH and COPD while patients with COPD often have deficiency of muscle mass. In conclusion the risks based on change of composite body composition combined with change of free leptin hormone level in a blood are sorted out, the bases for purpose of a dietetics and nutritive support of patients with AH and COPD are briefly presented.
