HISTOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT OF MYOCARDIUM AT VARIOUS OPTIONS OF EXPERIMENTAL MODELLING OF ACUTE ISCHEMIA

Abstract

The research objective: to carry out assessment of pathomorphologic changes of myocardium at various options of experimental modeling of acute ischemia of muscle of the heart. Modeling of acute ischemia of myocardium is carried out on 40 rats males, mass of animals was 180-200 g. There were 3 groups (2 experience and 1 control). 15 animals were each of experienced groups, 3 animals were in control group (7 animals during the experiment). The animal of the 1st group were once administered subcutaneously an adrenaline at the rate of 0,5 ml of 0.1% of solution for 100 g of body weight. An animal of the 2nd group the site of myocardium was stitched with a needle in a projection of locating of the main trunk of the left coronal artery which is situated between left atrial appendage and a pulmonary trunk. Administration of adrenaline caused formation of acute focal damages of the cardiomyocytes of myocardium which are especially clearly revealed in subendocardial departments of left ventricle which expression increased in process of augmentation of time elapsed after introduction of catecholamin. The development of the center of the ischemic damage occupying a frontal and a part of a sidewall of a left ventricle with the subsequent development of myocardial infarction was registered at a full occlusion of the left coronal artery. Experimental modeling on rats with usage of two various techniques allows recommending them for practical usage for the purpose of studying of histological features of a muscle of heart at acute ischemia.
