Quality system effectiveness in a pharmacy organization

Abstract
The article considers the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the quality system in a pharmacy organization, developed on the basis of the process approach and the method of criteria indicators. The results of testing the methodology on the example of a specific pharmacy organization are presented.
