FEATURES OF MECHANISMS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL PROTECTION AND СOPING STRATEGY AT PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Abstract

The objective of research is the detection of feature of mechanisms of psychological protection and coping strategy at patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Such coping strategy as search of social support, flight avoidance and acceptance of responsibility, and protective mechanisms denial and intellectualization are definitive for persons with ischemic heart disease. Features of mechanisms of psychological protection and coping strategy at rather healthy people are defined. Such protective mechanisms as reactive education and intellectualization, and also such coping strategy as self-control and planning of a problem solution are the most often.
