AFFECTIVE DISTURBANCES AT PERSONS SUFFERING FROM SCHIZOPHRENIA OF СOMORBIDE CANNABINOID ABUSE

Abstract

92 patients are divided into 2 group 46 people in each for the purpose of identification of affective disturbances. The first group (main) consisted of patients suffered from schizophrenia of comorbide cannabinoid abuse, and the 2^nd group (control) - patients suffered only from schizophrenia. Research was conducted at a stage of lack of acute psychotic symptomatology for more than 3 months. Semi-structured psychiatric interview, Spielberg-Khanin anxiety test; Buss-Durkee hostility Inventory; The Beck Depression Inventory, clinical and follow-up method were used. It was established that patients suffered from schizophrenia, comorbide cannabinoid abuse are inclined to experience such emotional reactions as negativism, physical aggression, indirect aggression. The resentment, implications of verbal aggression is especially expressed.
