CLINICAL CHARACTERISTIC AND INDICATORS STRESS-MPI AT PATIENTS SUBJECTED TO ENDOVASCULAR RECANALIZATION OF CHRONIC OCCLUSION OF RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY
Abstract
The results of inspection and treatment of 72 patients are analysed in the article: endovascular recanalization of chronic occlusion of right coronary artery was carried out at 39 patients (the 1st group), entirely conservative therapy was received by 33 patients (the 2nd group). An assessment of quantity of segments with existence of perfusion defect and also an assessment of the clinical status of patients was carried out at investigation phases. The period of supervision was 12 months. Patients of the 1st group had authentically higher chances of decrease in FC of cardiac failure, the best indicators of 6-minute walking test and indicators of LQ, lower class of stenocardia of tension, and also decrease in number of points of perfusion defect less than 5 by data stress-MRI in comparison with control group (р < 0,001).
