ENDOSURGICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH BARRETT’S ESOPHAGUS
Abstract
The analysis of immediate results of treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease of the IV degree complicated with Barrett’s esophagus by method endoscopic argon-plasma coagulation is presented in the article. The characteristic of complications both in the early postoperative period, and in late is contributed, preferable tactics of supervision, treatment and maintaining of this category of patients is offered. The influence of argon - plasma coagulation on mucous and terms of the subsequent surgery - fundoplication is analyzed in the article.
