APPLICATION OF SOCIAL STRATIFICATION IN MEDICINE INSURANCE OF THE POPULATION

Abstract

Stratification of patients with diabetes mellitus is carried out by means of specially developed questionnaire, 4 main social striations are revealed: poor, low-class, middle-class and high-class, elastance coefficients from the income are calculated, readiness of patients with diabetes mellitus for participation in partial payment of medicinal preparations, agents of self-checking and introduction of insulin, readiness for introduction of system of medicine insurance are defined.
