NEURONAL BIOMARKERS AT PATIENTS WITH ACUTE SYMPTOMATOLOGY OF A STROKE
Abstract
The purpose of this article is the characteristic of achievements in the sphere of studying the neuronal biomarkers and allocation of the most perspective directions for further studying. Nowadays one of the most priority directions of researches in the field of neurology is development and deployment of new additional methods of differential diagnostics of a stroke, such as laboratory differential diagnostics of ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes with usage the plasma neuronal marker. Currently the following biomarkers are the most well-studied and are used for diagnostics of a stroke: GFAP, PARK-7, NDKA, NR2A/2B antibodies, NR2A/2B protein, S-100, NSE, BNP, MMP-9 protein, etc. However the further studying of these markers and their combination is required for the purpose of creation of a highly sensitive and specific rapid test for fast, exact and inexpensive laboratory of differential diagnostics of a stroke.
