ВЛИЯНИЕ ИМПЛИЦИТНЫХ АТТИТЮДОВ ПО ОТНОШЕНИЮ К ПОНЕДЕЛЬНИКУ И ПЯТНИЦЕ НА СИНДРОМ ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНОГО ВЫГОРАНИЯ У ОФИСНЫХ РАБОТНИКОВ
Аннотация
Авторы полагают, что выученная беспомощность, как частный случай Павловского научения, может сопровождаться формированием негативных имплицитных аттитюдов по отношению к понедельнику и ожиданием пятницы как избавления от «наказания», что может быть одним из факторов появления эмоционального истощения, ключевого проявления синдрома эмоционального выгорания.
