ANALYSIS OF RESULTS OF EMPIRICAL THERAPY OF AMBULANT CASES WITH UROGENITAL INFECTIONS AT HIGH CASE RATES TUBERCULOSIS

Abstract

For the purpose of the analysis of results of empirical therapy of patients with urogenital infections at an out-patient stage the following researches were performed: retrospective analysis of out-patient cards and data of statistical coupons of 6753 patients for 15 months on the basis of the City clinical hospital № 26; open comparative retrospective research of assessment of efficiency of treatment of patients with acute and chronic cystitis at optimum and non-optimal regimens of therapy (n = 85); population research of definition of the prescribed antibacterial preparations at empirical therapy of UTI. Interns and interns of NSMU, Novosibirsk and Irkutsk urologists and gynecologists, total 181 persons were questioned. In out-patient urological practice inflammatory diseases of genitourinary system takes 47,3 %. Optimum therapy increases efficiency of treatment of acute cystitis on 6 %, and chronic cystitis - on 17 %. The conducted survey showed that the level of knowledge of interns and hospital physicians of optimum therapy of urogenital infections is insufficient. Up to 25 % of medical prescriptions concerning acute and chronic cystitis isn’t optimum and can potentially promote late identification of urotuberculosis tuberculosis.
