Pospelova Tatyana Ivanovna works at the Novosibirsk state medical university since 1992, having passed a way from the assistant to the head of the department of therapy, a hematology and transfusiology. In 2014 professor Pospelova is appointed to a position of the vice rector for scientific work.
In 1999 Pospelova T.I. I defended the doctoral dissertation, in 2001 it gave the rank of professor.
Scientific interests of professor Pospelova T.I. are bound to studying of problems of multiple medicinal fastness at patients with tumoral diseases of a blood, assessment of influence of types of a metabolism on an acceptability of a polychemotherapy, development of questions of aftertreatment of patients after himioluchevy therapy.
On scientific problems professor Pospelova T.I. activly cooperates with the Siberian unit of RAS, the universities of the city and also for many years with the leading hematological scientific centers of Russia.
Under the leadership of professor Pospelova T.I. scientific work on grants of the President and Administration of the Novosibirsk region is carried out.
Under its management researches within the international research protocols on clinical tests of new medicinal preparations with the "targetny" mechanism of action at hemoblastoses are activly conducted – leukoses and lymphoma.
With immediate participation of Pospelova T.I. the register of diseases of a blood in the Novosibirsk region is framed, the laboratory of morphological and molecular and biological diagnostics of illnesses of a blood is strengthened, modern diagnostic methods of hematological diseases, the protocols of an intensive polychemotherapy fulfilled within the randomized multicenter studies that allowed to improve considerably results of treatment of patients with diseases of a blood are introduced and to make them comparable to results of the leading clinics of the country.
The scientific research conducted by staff of school of sciences under the leadership of Pospelova T.I., acceptabilities of a polychemotherapy, development of programs of after treatment of patients after himioluchevy treatment are devoted to studying of epidemiology of tumoral diseases of a blood in the territory of the Novosibirsk region, feature of a current of leukoses and lymphoma and also.
A lot of work staff of school under the leadership of Pospelova T.I. carries out on introduction of the last scientific achievements of a hematology to practical health care. In 2016 "The Novosibirsk school of sciences of hematologists" under the leadership of professor Pospelova T.I. I became the winner of a competition and it was awarded a grant of the President of the Russian Federation on the state support of the leading schools of sciences in the field of knowledge.
Professor Pospelova T.I. is a member of regional, All-Russian and international scientific and practical hematological societies, the chairman of "Interregional association of hematologists of Siberia". She is an author more than 300 printing works, 6 inventions, one of which entered the 100 best inventions of Russia nomination and was awarded with a medal of A. Nobel, 4 monographs (in co-authorship): "Liver at hemoblastoses", "Metabolism types at hemoblastoses", "The remote consequences of antitumoral therapy of hemoblastoses", "Anemia at lymphoma".
Under the leadership of professor Pospelova T.I. 18 candidate and 4 doctoral dissertations are protected.
Pospelova T.I. is the vice-chairman of dissertation council of NGMU by internal illnesses, the member of two problem commissions (Internal illnesses and the Hematology), the member of editorial councils of the magazines "Vestnik Gematologii" (St. Petersburg) and "Hematology and transfusiology" (Federal State Budgetary Institution GNTs Russian Ministry of Health, Moscow), the editor-in-chief of the magazine of NGMU "Journal of Siberian Medical Sciences". Under its management interregional and All-Russian scientific and practical conferences with participation of leading experts of the country and the foreign universities are regularly held.
Pospelova T.I. is a member of the European association of hematologists. In 2007 it gave the Honorary title "The honored doctor of the Russian Federation", in 2016 is awarded with the highest award of the Novosibirsk state medical university – a medal of G.D. Zalessky, an anniversary medal of the Russian scientific medical organization of therapists.
