Анализ клинико-демографического профиля пациентов с гнойным гидраденитом

Аннотация
Введение. Гнойный гидраденит (ГГ) – хроническое воспалительное заболевание, вызванное нарушением функционирования потовых желез, с ремиттирующим типом течения. Это очень тяжелое кожное заболевание, которое крайне негативно влияет на повседневную жизнь больного.
Цель. Проанализировать клинико-демографический профиль пациентов с ГГ.
Материалы и методы. Изучались клинико-демографические показатели, потенциальные факторы риска и терапевтические стратегии (медикаментозные, хирургические и комбинированные) у 200 пациентов с ГГ. Используя количественный метод исследования и пакет программ SPSS версии 27, провели корреляционный, частотный, регрессионный и дисперсионный (ANOVA) анализы данных, полученных в ходе опроса, проведенного в изучаемой когорте больных ГГ.
Результаты. Выявлена выраженная связь между тяжестью ГГ и клиническими характеристиками (длительность заболевания, госпитализации и сопутствующая патология), а также менее выраженные ассоциации между тяжестью ГГ и потенциальными факторами риска (психологическими, генетическими и образом жизни). Показано, что терапевтические стратегии оказывают значительное влияние на облегчение симптомов заболевания.
Заключение. Данные, полученные в ходе исследования, свидетельствуют о необходимости понимания важности клинико-демографических характеристик пациентов с ГГ и применения индивидуализированного подхода при их лечении.
