EDUCATION OF INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION CULTURE OF STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ON THE BASIS OF ETHNOPEDAGOGICAL APPROACH

Abstract

The problem on educating the culture of international communication of students of higher education institution through rendering the purposeful help to achieve a certain level of competence of their getting into multiethnic and in modern world culture is considered in the article. Formation of this type of personal culture proceed when obtaining knowledge and development of universal human values and national culture values, in interaction to the world at the level of modern achievements of ethnic cultures and world culture, in conscious forming of the relations with representatives of various ethnic communities. Ethnopedagogical approach was placed in a basis of the theoretical and practical activities referred on formation of ethnocultural competence of students of a higher educational institution. It is about unity of universal and national cultures, continuity of the past, present and future, in harmony of ethnocultural and social in education of the person.
