Endothelial hemostatic predictors of cardiovascular risk in patients with vibration disease in combination with the arterial hypertension

Abstract

We have investigated levels of vascular endothelial growth factor, thrombomodulin, plateletderived growth factor BB, transforming growth factor β1, fibronectin, thrombospondin, alpha2macroglobulin, fibrinopeptide A, and adhesion molecules in patients with vibration disease (VD), hypertension, and with combination of both diseases. It has been revealed that the blood serum of VD patients with hypertension has the high content of endothelial cell indicators (vascular endothelial growth factor BB, transforming growth factor β1, plateletderived growth factor BB, fibronectin, thrombomodulin, thrombospondin, alfa2macroglobulin, fibrinopeptide A, and adhesion molecules), which are responsible for the membrane platelet activation, and intracellular synthesis of endogenous proaggregants and thrombogenesis, and that allows us to consider them as early markers of increased cardiovascular risk.
