CASE MANAGEMENT WITH CHRONIC DACRYOCYSTITIS IN EARLY POSTOPERATIVE PERIOD
Abstract
180 patients with application of modified endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy by the technique offered N. by Masseger et al. are operated (2004). The punched latex container with antibacterial ointment was used in the early postoperative period. Efficiency of use of this container was estimated according to the subjective complaints generalized in the table and also at objective assessment of the local status with application of microscope and rigid rhinoscopes.
