Abstract
We have investigated levels of vascular endothelial growth factor, thrombomodulin, plateletderived growth factor BB, transforming growth factor β1, fibronectin, thrombospondin, alpha2macroglobulin, fibrinopeptide A, and adhesion molecules in patients with vibration disease (VD), hypertension, and with combination of both diseases. It has been revealed that the blood serum of VD patients with hypertension has the high content of endothelial cell indicators (vascular endothelial growth factor BB, transforming growth factor β1, plateletderived growth factor BB, fibronectin, thrombomodulin, thrombospondin, alfa2macroglobulin, fibrinopeptide A, and adhesion molecules), which are responsible for the membrane platelet activation, and intracellular synthesis of endogenous proaggregants and thrombogenesis, and that allows us to consider them as early markers of increased cardiovascular risk.

Abstract
With the purpose of investigation of patients with urogenital tuberculosis we have analyzed medical records of 131 the first time diagnosed patients of Novosibirsk Tuberculosis Dispensary from 2009 till 2011. The leading form in the urotuberculosis structure was nephrotuberculosis, which was diagnosed in 75% patients, and more than a half of these cases distributed destructive forms of the disease. women suffered from isolated tuberculosis more often (56.8%). Asymptomatic nephrotuberculosis course was noticed at 17% patients, every third complained of a lumbar pain and frequent painful urination (35.2 and 39.8% accordingly), intoxication symptoms were registered at 17%, renal colic - at 9.1%, macrohematuria - at 7.9%. Mycobacteriuria by isolated nephrotuberculosis was detected in 31.8% cases. Tuberculous orchiepididymitis developed acute at 35.7% patients. Main complains by prostatic tuberculosis were ache in perineal region (31.6%), frequent painful urination (also 31.6%), hemospermia (26.3%). Mycobacteria were found out in 10.5% cases. We have concluded that urogenital tuberculosis has no pathognomonic symptoms; the most alarming are the long urination disorder, erythrocyturia, hemospermia.

Abstract
We have studied the dynamics of preventability of perinatal losses according to data of Maternity Department of а large versatile hospital using the NordicBaltic perinatal death classification taking into account transition to criteria of the World health organization to the period from 2010 to 2015. We investigated 649 protocols of postmortem examination of fetus and the newborns died in Maternity Department of a large versatile hospital (Novosibirsk) during the period from 2010 to 2015. Unavoidable losses for the probed period of observation have a clear tendency to decrease, that is connected with the improving of prenatal diagnosis of congenital malformations and termination of pregnancy before 22nd week. In 2012 after transition to criteria of the World health organization the indices of perinatal losses increased due to the III category, coming under conditionally preventable losses, and the categories integrating the death of the newborn infants (the VIII-XII categories) coming under preventable losses. After transition to criteria of the World health organization the share of preventable losses is reached more than 90%, that represents the considerable reserve for decreasing of a perinatal lethality.

Abstract
We induced acute ischemia by ligation of the left coronary artery in the area between left atrial appendage and pulmonary trunk. Animals were sacrificed after 1 hour, 3 hours, 12 and 24 hours. Using immunohistochemical methods to determine the intensity of connexin 43 in cardiomyocytes allows to identify sites of acute ischemic myocardial damage. We estimated the distribution of connexin in the area of intercalated discs and Zbands in the myocardium by experimental modeling of acute ischemia in laboratory male rats of “Wistar” line. Immunohistochemical research of myocardium carried out with the purpose to estimate expression severity of connexin 43 can be recommended for use in cases of morphological examination of dead after sudden cardiac death for diagnostic of myocardial ischemia.

Abstract
We performed open multicentral randomized cohort study in 72 males. Maximum urine flow rate Qmax, average urine flow rate Qave, and also time of urination were defined in all the patients. Qmax in standing position in males was on average 18.1 ± 6.2 ml/s (from 6 to 53 ml/s); Qave - 10.2 ± 2.7 ml/s (the range was from 2.7 to 29.6 ml/s). Urination time in standing position varied from 11 to 120 s (on average 30.5 s). Qmax in sitting position was 17.3 ± 3.5 ml/s (5.4-48.0 ml/s), and Qave was 10.6 ± 2.9 ml/s (2.7-30.5 ml/s). Urination time in sitting position varied from 10 to 109 s (on average 28.7 s). Qmax in sitting position increased by ≥ 1 ml/s in 34.7% of males, Qave increased in 40.3%. Urination quality depends on the number of causes that is why uroflowmetry indices are unstable. Taking into account that maximal and average speed of urine flow in every third male is higher in sitting position we recommend to carry out uroflowmetry in different positions for grounded references on urinary bladder voiding for a specific patient.

Abstract
We investigated polymorphism of genes of endothelin I (EDN1), endothelial NOsynthase (NOS3(e)), plasminogen activator type 1 (PAI1) in patients suffered from handarm vibration syndrome (HAVS), arterial hypertension (АH), and combined course of HAVS and AH. In most cases we revealed pathological variants of genes of endothelin I, endothelial NOsynthase, and plasminogen activator type 1 taking part in regulation of endothelium and systemic hemostasis function. This fact allows to consider such gene pathology as early markers of higher risk of thrombogenic and thrombophilic disorders.

Abstract
We studied the paraventricular zone of thalamic area of a brain of 47 fetuses with signs of prenatal encephalitis in case of the term of a gestation of 26-27 weeks in comparison with 10 healthy fetuses in case of the same term. We showed that pathomorphologic changes in brain of human fetuses in case cellularity of prenatal encephalitis are characterized by a productive and necrotic inflammation. Reduction of cellularity of paraventricular zone, increase in amount of neurons and glial cells in thalamic area, and also the cells he expressing glial fibrous protein, the increased proliferative activity of cells of paraventricular zone indicated the accelerated maturation of its cells in case of prenatal encephalitis. Reduction of number of vessels in paraventricular zone was caused by decrease in expression of vascular endothelial factor of growth and transforming growth factor in cells.

Abstract
For defining the informative value of diaskintest (DST) as a screening metod 126 patients were divided into three groups: the 1st group included the patients with active genitourinary tuberculosis (GUTB), n = 31; the 2nd group included patients with inactive GUTB, n = 16; the 3rd group included the patients with chronic infections of urogenital tract, n = 79. Besides standard inspection, all patients underwent a skin test with diaskintest and Kokh’s provocative tuberculin test. Sensitivity of DST was 78.6% and sensitivity of Koch’s skin test was 82.8%. Specificity of DST in the first group was 23.1%, Koch’s skin test specificity was 100%. Thus, DST is not effective in GUTB screening.

Abstract
Morphological changes in structure of tooth rudiments and mineral metabolism pattern in Mother - Fetus system are presented at vibration effect. The revealed rearrangements indicate microcirculation violation, development of hypoxia in the tissues of dental rudiments of fetus, and accelerated dentinogenesis. We registered decrease in concentrations of trace essential elements, i.e. Ca, Ma, Fe, followed by increase of concentration of Cu, Cd, Pb.

Abstract
Mild depression (subdepression) and high rates of anxiety were revealed in the inspected women with oncogynaecological diseases. the explicit level of alexithymia is recorded in a primary group; but this indicator conforms with norms in the control group. Feedback of the level of situational anxiety is established with indicators of anosognosic type of attitude towards the disease. Level of depression has positive correlative relationship with indicators of apathetic type of attitude towards the disease in both groups.
