Abstract
The research objective was to determine procalcitonin level at patients with inflammatory diseases with previous antibacterial therapy. 118 patients were examined. Before hospitalization to RSBHE Regional clinical hospital all patients were carried out antibacterial therapy in other medical organizations. Procalcitonin at entering at community-acquired pneumonia was 2,1 ± 0,98 ng/ml, at pneumogene sepsis - 3,7 ± 2,01 ng/ml, at abdominal sepsis - 18,4 ± 6,31 ng/ml, at other inflammatory diseases - 24,7 ± 11,63 ng/ml. It is expedient to consider procalcitonin level at inflammatory diseases.

Abstract
An attempt to avoid antibacterial therapy at 17 patients with acute uncomplicated cystitis at early (to 12 hours from the moment of a disease) circulation periods is made. All patients Ketoprofen (Flamax forte) on 100 mg of 1 times a day within 5 days and the combined vegetable drug Kanefron® N on 2 tablets 3 times a day within 1 month were prescribed. An acute uncomplicated cystitis was cured without use of antibiotics at 82,4 % of patients, in 17,6 % of cases additional order of antibacterial drugs was required.

Abstract
The analysis of dynamics of hydrocortisone and glucose in blood in the conditions of the perioperational period against spinal and epidural anesthesia with usage of stress protection with Clophelinum and without it is carried out in the presented work. From the received results it was concluded that intramuscular administration of Clonidine against spinal and epidural anesthesia in conditions of the gynecologic/oncology surgeries, considering dynamics of hydrocortisone and glucose of blood, allows to perform longer and high-quality antistress protection, creates the best conditions for operating team, provides longer and qualitative postoperative analgesia.

Abstract
Parameters of general hemodynamics at carrying out gynecologic/oncology surgeries under spinal and epidural anesthesia with Clophelinum stress protection and without it were defined for an assessment of approximation and safety of anesthesiology maintenance. Received results allowed to concluded that changes of indicators of the general hemodynamics were less expressed in the main group where stress protection with Clophelinum was used against spinal and epidural anesthesia.

Abstract
40 men and women aged from 45 to 59 years with osteoarthritis of knee joints (of ACR indications) complained about pain and restriction of mobility in the lower limbs divided into 3 groups are examined: the 1st group (main) in which the medical complex was added by phonophoresis with a local form of meloxicam - 1 % of amelotex gel, the 2ndone (placebo procedure of ultrasonic therapy in addition to basic treatment) and the 3rdone (group of comparison) - therapy was optimized by applications of amelotex on the affected joints. According results of research it is established what phonophoresis with local form of meloxicam rectifies expression of algiyas, enlarges mobility of joints, improves psychoemotional state of patients in comparison with local putting drug on pain projection.

Abstract
Influence of oxidized adrenaline (Fe-pH-dependent oxidation) on hemoglobin of human blood in vitro is realized, on the one hand, due to destructive properties of products of free radical oxidation, but on the other hand - as a result of the non-contact interaction caused by the electromagnetic radiation which is formed as a result of a recombination of energy of the electron excited states.

Abstract
Redistribution of regulatory functions in the conditions of training process which is considerably more expressed at young male athletes is presented. These changes are registered against moderate, but reliable CR augmentation. It is possible to assume that cardiac activity at the trained athletes of high qualification is provided with its energy resources, that are higher in a man’s body, and doesn’t need regulatory influences of vegetative nervous system.

Abstract
For the first time it was shown that the process of non-enzymatic oxidation of adrenaline in alkaline medium (pH = 10,8) in the presence of ions of divalent iron which is followed generation of active forms of oxygen and adrenochrome, distantly (through glass) influences on fastness of erythrocytes in hyposmotic medium, activates ADP-dependent aggregation of thrombocytes and reduces activity of plasma factors of human blood coagulation in vitro. The phenomenon opened by the authors can be presented as part of uniform power information system of organism, and in the formation and functioning of that an important role belongs to an active forms of oxygen in general and to non-enzymatic oxidation of an adrenaline in particular.
