Abstract
In article the main directions of optimization of summer work practice of junior students on clinical deparment of medical school in connection with switching to the Federal state educational standard of the third generation are considered. The detailed analysis of indicators of progress following the results of the differentiated offsets according to programs and specialties of practice is submitted. During the work practice the special attention to ability and readiness for performance of professional skills within the presented work program of specialty is focused. Topical issues are also improvement of educational and methodical materials and material base, strengthening of a role of basic heads of higher education institution in realization of the matter.

Abstract
Expediency of transition on problem and modular training technology of microbiology and virology in medical school is theoretically proved and experimentally shown. The basic principles of the organization of training on microbiology and virology on problem and modular technology are stated, comparative characteristic traditional and problem and modular training technology (PMTT) is carried out in the article. Use of PMTT model presented in work for microbiology and virology training allowed to create the positive relation to training at students and to increase qualitative progress on 13-15%.

Abstract
The survey of interns and interns of the first year of training was conducted by means of the questionnaire developed by staff of the chair. Results of questioning showed that 76% of respondents feel appreciable gaps in the previous knowledge. All respondents are satisfied with quality of lectures, they registered their informational content, availability, pithiness, present, clinical examples, presentation, accurate structure, interactivity. The best and the least successful lectures were named. On the basis of results the chair developed the plan of improvement of quality of the lecture course.

Abstract
Automobilization leads to formation of new type of pollution - fine dust particles - RМ10. The objective of research was studying of chemical composition and quantity of the dust particles arriving on air environment along highways. Compounds of metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are revealed as a part of dust particles. The nature of pollutants indicates their potential cancerogenic, allergenic and fibrogenic influence on organism that defines the need of the accounting of RM - particles at assessment of working conditions and carrying out medical examinations of vehicles drivers.

Abstract
The research objective is to develop a way of fixing of endocardial electrode in trabeculas of endocardium of the right ventricle of heart by alternate manipulations with a direct stiletto and an electrode. Fixing of electrode in trabeculas of endocardium of the right ventricle of heart by own technique was carried out to the 64 patients with Q myocardial infarction complicated with bradiarrhythmia. Absolute efficiency of paracentetic transvenous temporary endocardial electric stimulation of heart with a technique of fixing of endocardial electrode made 75% that is 2,1 times higher in comparison with control group. Relative efficiency is 9,4% that is 4,2 times less in comparison with control group.

Abstract
This literature review is devoted to studying of role of reparation enzyme gene 8-oxoguanine-DNA-glycosylase in development of diabetes 2 type, and also in creation of prerequisites to formation of diabetic complications. At studying these domestic and foreign researches it was concluded on many-sided role of this reparation enzyme. However a genetic variety of population that can be reflected in results of research should be taken into account. Researches in the direction of pharmacogenetics and personification of medicine is a key to knowledge of an essence of a disease from the most important stage - genetic.

Abstract
Treatment of 60 patients with proximal occlusions of arteries of the lower limbs and coronary heart disease (CHD) is surveyed. Treatment with vazaprostan and sulodexide in perioperational period was applied at 30 patients. Function of left ventricle systolodiastolic improved. The number of ischemia attacks per day in the main group decreased to the extremity of the 3rd of months on 68%. In 3 years after operation the frequency of conservation of extremity at them was 30% higher, than in control group. Use of vazaprostan and sulodexide in therapy allows to reduce the frequency of ablations and to improve life quality due to stabilization of progress of ischemic heart disease.

Abstract
Clinical economic indicators of patients with confirmed diagnosis «acute appendicitis» are studied and analyzed: 9% of patients traditional appendectomy on McBurney-Volkovich-Dyakonov method was executed, 91% of patients had laparoscopic appendectomy. The assessment of economic efficiency of endoscopic and traditional methods of appendectomy performance was carried out with the analysis of «expense efficiency». Advantage of laparoscopic appendectomy before traditional as with clinical (shorting of the period of hospitalization of patients, depression of number of postoperative complications and need for the anesthetizing preparations), and with economic (cooperative expenses at laparoscopic appendectomy are lower, than at traditional) the points of view is shown. The presented results testify to clinical and economic feasibility of more widespread introduction of laparoscopic appendectomy in practice.

Abstract
The objective of research is to carry out comparative studying of levels of markers of vascular inflammation in blood serum at patients with arterial hypertension against hypotensive therapy. Materials and methods . 120 men (middle age was 33,4 ± 2,9 years) with verified diagnosis of arterial hypertension receiving standard anti-hypertensive therapy (losartan) are examined. The following data was defined in blood serum: concentration of glucose and fractions of cholesterol (TG, HDL, VLDL, LDL), endothelin-1, homocysteine and chCRP. Results . The more HC high levels and chCRP in blood serum at patients with unachieved AH level in comparison with group of patients at whom the AH level against hypotensive therapy reached target values are registered. Conclusion . The received results testify to associativity of intensity of vascular inflammation and efficiency of hypotensive therapy.

Abstract
After genotyping (PCR) frequencies of alleles and genotypes of 26 SNP-markers at patients wth atherothrombotic and lacunar options of ischemic stroke and at healthy patients are studied. Various, pathogenetically reasonable associations of genetic polymorphism with cerebrovascular accident are revealed. So AGT-704C, SELP-1087A, SELE-128Pro, ApoC3-3238G alleles with risk of development of a disease from 1,52 [1,12; 2,07] to 2,87 [1,89-4,37] to showed for atherothrombotic option predisposition. And AGT-521T, SELE-128Pro, NOS3-786T, NOS1-84A, END-9272T of allele, with probability of disease progress from 1,11 [0,75-1,64] to 2,92 [1,96-4,34] times showed association for lacunar stroke.

Abstract
The analysis of literature shows that most of the Russian and foreign authors inclines to hypoxemic ischemic lesions of brain in the perinatal period as to the main reason of neonatal cramps. It is commonly known that any cramps can lead to serious cerebral dysfunction owing to the hypoxia developing against an attack. Inclusion of cerebral function monitoring by method of amplitude integrated electroencephalography in clinical practice gave to doctors new diagnostic opportunities as this technique can be used for very early prediction of outcome after the postponed perinatal asphyxia.

2015 teenagers of both sexes from 15 to 17 years from Novosibirsk were examined. The objective of research: to study key parameters of physical development of 15-17 year-old teenagers of Novosibirsk and to make centile tables. Teenagers have regional features of physical development. The developed tables showed their high efficiency in quality screening assessment of physical development of each teenager, and at summation of data and collective in general.

Abstract
Open prospective comparative research is conducted for the purpose of definition of optimum method of introduction of antituberculous preparations, 36 patients were divided into 3 groups: the 1st group received rifampicin per os, the 2nd - intravenously by drop infusion, the 3rd - rectal. The method which is least depressing quality and quantity of ejaculate was considered as the safest one. Efficiency was estimated on decrease of pyospermia. It is established that optimum method of delivery of antituberculous preparations at patients with tuberculosis of prostate is introduction of medical cocktail in microclysters.

42 women working at the industrial enterprise as painter and contacting to paints and varnishes of various names on the basis of organic solvents of aromatic series are examined. It is revealed that the frequency of signs of vegetative violations and changed vegetative reactivity increases with increase of work experience in group of well-qualified painters reaches the greatest point.

Abstract
Frequency of calcific bursitis of a shoulder joint makes from 2 to 8% in population. The recurrence often arises at local introduction by «blind» methods of glucocorticoids, and repeated injections are capable to stimulate calcareous infiltration, to aggravate a joint destruction, influence harmfully on mucosa of digestive tube. The developed medical method is introduction under the US control in calcification admixtures of preparations - Lydasums, Lidocainum, diprospan. It is profitable, easy in performing, considerably reduces the frequency of recurrence and has no contraindications.

Abstract
The condition of factors of local immunity of oral cavity at orthodontic treatment with use of fixed designs at 192 people at the age of 18-25 years is studied. In the admixed saliva activity of lysozyme, levels of secretory immunoglobulin A, interleukine-1b and interleukine-4 in dynamics was defined. It was established that orthodontic treatment leads to activization of inflammatory process in tissues of parodontium which effective therapy has to be based on complex use of germicides and immunomodulators.

Abstract
Few laboratory markers used as screening markers of activation of thrombocytic link at research of hemostasis system. Objective of research is to show the importance of the PLCC parameter (fraction of larger thrombocytes) as marker of activation of thrombocytic link of hemostasis. The group was compared with the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and somatically healthy faces. The registered positive correlation between aggregation activity of thrombocytes and PLCC indicator confirms data that rising of fraction of larger thrombocytes can be a marker of activation of thrombocytic hemostasis at this category of patients.

Abstract
Results of treatment of 100 patients with acute biliary pancreatitis are considered in the article. It is clinically confirmed and proved by morphometric researches that acute biliogenic pancreatitis is common at people of brachymorphic somatotype. Topographic and anatomic features of bile passages and pancreas structure at people corpses of various somatotypes are revealed and during operation at patients of various somatotypes. It was concluded on expediency of performing anthropometric researches at patients with acute biliogenny pancreatitis.

240 patients are subjected to research (120 patients in the main and control groups equally), it is revealed that at persons of various somatotypes initial indicators of intraabdominal pressure considerably differ. It is proved that the intraabdominal pressure depends on morphofunctional relationship of forward abdominal wall and internals. Critical sizes of intraabdominal pressure at each somatotype at acute pathology of abdominal organs are determined. It is shown that measurement of intraabdominal pressure which depends on somatotype, is the obligatory standard at patients with acute abdominal pathology.

510 patients with varicose illness are examined, postoperative recurrence of varicose illness is revealed at 190 patients that made 59,5%. Examinations, including US of veins are conducted, and is defined like somatotype. As showed morphological researches, the venous system has the magistral type at people of dolichomorphic type, communicant veins are of small amount. The superficial venous system can often branched at people of brachymorphic comatotype. Significant amount of communicant veins, especially in the lower third of anticnemion is registered. The received morphometric researches based on somatotype allow to individualize surgical tactics both at the first, and at re-operation that allows to reduce number of recurrence of varicose illness.

Inspection showed that prevalence and intensity of stomatologic pathology is enlarged with age and work experience. However essential differences in a gain of indicators between group of the women occupied on vibrodangerous production and control group are observed.

Epidemiological examination of children at the age of 3-15 years in 2 districts of Novosibirsk with various state of environment for identification of factors in formation of stomatologic case rate is conducted. The interrelation of sanitary and hygienic indicators of environment and stomatologic case rate is registered. The received results allow to consider adverse ecological indicators as risk factors of developing of stomatologic diseases and to consider their influence when planning preventive stomatologic actions.

Article is devoted to aftertreatment of patients with congenital and acquired anomalies and deformations in maxillofacial area. Results of treatment of 216 patients are analysed. The remote results of treatment for up to 14 years are tracked. The scheme of complex aftertreatment which is carried out by the patient at osteoplastic and osteal and reconstructive operations in maxillofacial area which allows to receive good anatomo-functional and esthetic results of treatment is developed and introduced in clinical practice on the basis of long-term clinical experience. Results of aftertreatment of patients depended on degree of expression of disease (one- or bilateral lesion of joint), age of the patient, method of surgical treatment, efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic actions referred on optimization of longitudinal body height of mandible.

Abstract
The created defect of mandible was replaced with autograft (replantation) at 16 animals that were introduced three types of implants: titanic cylindrical smooth, screw and porous from titanium nikelide. The conducted morphological researches in terms till 1 year showed that implants don’t make negative impact on replacement of graft with neogenic bone. There is full formation of organotypical osteal regenerat. The processes of reparative neogenesis and integration of implant depended on surface of the last on border of bone-implant. Round implants with permeable porosity formation of mature bone proceed with its germination to pores of titanium nikelide.

The term of Cooperative index of vegetative non-equilibrium which is the sum of LF and HF is entered for assessment of features of influence of vegetative nervous system on variability of cardiac rhythm and structure of intersystemic and interorgan relationship in norm and pathology. At inspection of 45 servicemen aged from 20 till 48 years it was shown that the offered index correlates with cooperative power of range (TS) with probability 0,96 that allows to read out perspective its applications for the analysis of wide class of physiological and clinical processes and phenomena from positions of nonequilibrium biothermodynamics.

Abstract
Samples of vitreous body at patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) were investigated. The data obtained in research testify to existence of violations of cytokines regulation which is shown in activation of local immunoinflammatory process (reliable increase of concentration of IL-17A, IL-8, IL-6, MHF-1). It is established that not only a factor of growth of vessels endothelium, but also TGF-β2, and IL-4 possessing proliferative and fibroplastic activity are involved in processes of proliferation at PDR. The reliable increase revealed in research in vitreous body at patients with PDR of MHF-1 protein allows to make the assumption of its participation in mechanisms of vascular proliferation at the studied pathological process.

Abstract
The objective of research is to study features of inflammatory reaction at Vistar rats with non-coronarogenic metabolic myocardial infarction (MMI). Research methods : electrocardiographic and histologic verification MMI. Determination of biocidal activity of neutrophils of blood, activity of antioxidant protection, accumulation of products of lipids peroxidation, concentration of pro-inflammatory cytokines, changes of a range of plasma lipoproteids. Results of research. Significant increase in biocidal activity of neutrophils, violation of balance between indicators of pro- and antioxidant systems was found in rats with MMI, there was a reorganization of lipoproteid range of plasma towards increase of pro-inflammatory lipoproteid, allocation of pro-inflammatory cytokines increased: TNF-α, interleukin of IL-1β and IL-6 in blood serum.

Abstract
43 cases of treatment of patients with good-quality strictures of biliary tract from 2006 to 2013 are surveyed in the publication. Stenting by nitinol stents was carried out intradermal or through a removable transhepatic drainage. Most of patients had some (2-4) undergone operations (76,7%) in the anamnesis with formation of high strictures (53,3%). Covered (32,6%) and uncovered (67,4%) stents were used. Various complications at 13 (30,2%) patients are surveyed. Disturbance of permeability of small diameter stents was the main reason for unsatisfactory results. It demanded excision of a stent or carrying out a cholangioscopy and lithotripsy. Excellent and good results were registered at 77% of patients. 12 stents at 10 (23,3%) patients are removed. Efficiency of method is recognized, the good level of life quality is stated.

The characteristic of genetical polymorphism of endothelin-1 EDN1, NOS3(e) endothelial NO synthase, PAI1 activator of plasminogen of type 1, GP1ba of thrombocytic glycoprotein-1в and TGF-b gene, as early predictors of endothelium lesion and disease illness and arterial hypertension. At the physiological states which are followed by augmentation of cooperative power of range (TS), on the one hand, basic (vital) contours of regulation remain, and on the other hand - the quantity of labile contours of regulation of the variability of cardiac rhythm (VCR) that testifies the transition of VCR regulatory systems of the new level of non-equilibrium, i.e. change of regulation quality in general authentically decreases. Depression of quantity of reliable factors of VCR regulation at augmentation of TS is surveyed as the way of adaptation of organism which is based on selection of the most adequate options of reaction in the conditions of strain of homeostatic adjustment systems.

Abstract
Simultaneous transplantation of pancreas and kidney is the golden standard of treatment of patients with terminal diabetic nephropathy. Indicators of glucose in blood of recipients reach norm in the first days after transplantation. Practically all patients register improvement of life quality concerning exercise stresses. Nowadays more than 25 000 similar interventions are successfully performed in the world. The standardized surgical equipment with abduction of pancreatic fluid in small bowel through fragment of duodenum graft provides the best short-term postoperative and long-term results. Introduction of new protocols of immunosuppression reduced the frequency of acute graft rejection up to 10%. Numerous successful performance of retransplantation is possible at emergence further irreversible damages of graft, in particular a donor pancreas.

Abstract
The objective of research is to carry out a comparative assessment of efficiency of different types of surgical intraoperative tactics at treatment of patients with diffuse peritonitis at stages of delivery of health care. Materials and methods . 298 patients were imposed the controlled laparostoma at primary surgical intervention in connection with development of widespread peritonitis. Results and discussion . Among patients of the 1st subgroup (n = 330) where the laparostoma on the firststa ge of treatment wasn’t applied, lethality made 31,2 ± 4,6% (103 dead), in the 2nd group (n = 298) where laparostoma was imposed at once - 20,85 ± 5,20% (62 dead). Conclusions . Laparostoma in treatment of widespread peritonitis is an effective surgical intervention.

Abstract
The objective of research : assessment of dynamics of expression of organ lesions of small pelvis at treatment of secondary venous varices of small pelvis. Material and methods . IPSS scale, system E. Deligeoroglu and D. I. Arvantinos. Results . Before treatment pelvic pain is revealed in 33,3%, disturbance of emiction - in 100%, hemorrhoids - in 62,5%, dyspareunia - in 42,9%. After treatment pelvic pain - in 4,5%, disturbance of emiction - in 37,5%, dyspareunia - in 14,3%. Conclusions . The secondary venous varices of small pelvis are capable to cause a lesion of organs of small pelvis, the 3-month course of treatment conducts to decrease of clinical implications of pelvic lesions.

Abstract
The objects of research were samples of birch bark of weeping birch and white birches, collected from various points of planting area of and from the different sites of trunk located at different height. Availability of 14 amino acids is established. The structure of components of amino acids in samples of birch bark of weeping birch and white birches is identical within one area of preparation and differs from regions of Russia. The content of amino acids of weeping and white birches depending on a place of growth in samples of weeping and white birches ranges from 2,0 to 3,5%. It is established that the age of a plant has no impact on the content of amino acids in birch bark.

Abstract
Pilot studies of new ovules «Melanizol» in the conditions of the experimental vaginitis caused by nitrate silver are conducted. It is established that ovules «Melanizol» showed antiinflammatory and reparative effects and had appreciable advantage in comparison with ovules «Gravagin» against experimental pathology, and also didn’t concede on effect to «Suppositories with sea-buckthorn oil» that is confirmed by indicators of condition of vaginal mucosa, symptomatic and hematological indicators.
