Abstract
Hospital-acquired pneumonia in neurological patients on mechanical ventilation (MV) in presents a serious problem for intensive care units. According to the latest research, preference is given to an early transfer to MV due to severe cerebral pathologies. Before the third day, all patients underwent traditional intubation. The third day of MV was the moment when our choice of further airway management technique started to impact subsequent mortality. Three techniques for maintaining airway patency were asserted: intubation, traditional methods of invasive tracheostomy, and transcutaneous dilated tracheostomy. The conducted analysis helped correlate the growth rates of predictors even before receiving clinical and X-ray patterns of lung injury. The study demonstrates that transcutaneous dilated tracheostomy can be regarded as the method of choice to create an artificial airway as it reduces the risk of pneumonia and improves the prognosis.

Abstract
Urogenital tuberculosis (UTB) has no pathognomonic symptoms. The article contains an analysis of gender patterns in UTB and their dynamics both in men and women, with the women prevailing in the cohort of UTB patients for a number of years. When estimating male anthropometric characteristics it was observed that the mean body mass index of patients with tuberculosis of the prostate amounted to 28 kg/m2; 35,0 % were diagnosed with carbohydrate metabolism disturbances, every fourth patient had hypercholesterolemia; 40,1 % of the patients were diagnosed with the metabolic syndrome. The study has demonstrated that social well-being cannot exclude contracting UTB, and the metabolic syndrome appears to be one of the risk factors.

Abstract
In this article the 2-stage research was conducted for the purpose of determination of optimum esthetic parameters of the lower extremities. 20 casual photos of the lower extremities of 18-35-year-old girls with different anthropometric parameters were chosen. Measurement of length of a circle of the lower extremities at the different levels and photography in 3 projections with assignment of serial number was taken: forward, side and back. The group was estimated by 50 respondents of different age from the most different segments of the population by means of questioning on a scale from 1 to 10 (from the inferior to the best respectively) at categories «the most corresponding to a modern standard of beauty». The conducted research allowed determining optimum esthetic parameters of proportions of the lower extremities with usage of measurement of length of a circle at the different levels of extremities.

Abstract
The comparative analysis of volumetric indicators of anticnemion in 1 and 6 months after planimetric plasty of the lower extremities was presented in the article. The analysis of results at patients who were performed planimetric plasty of the lower extremities was carried out. Synthetic materials and autogenous tissue were used for augmentation of volume of soft tissues. Fatty tissue was applied as an autogenous tissue. The 1st group included patients who were performed planimetric plasty of the lower extremities with usage of capsulate endoprosthesis. The 2nd group consisted of patients who were operations on the enlarging planimetric plasty of the lower extremities by lipofilling method. All patients were carried out surgical correction of false curvature of anticnemion. Assessment of results of operation was carried out by measurement of circle on border of average and top third of anticnemion before operation, in 1 and 6 months after operation. Volumetric indicators of anticnemion right after lipofilling and during the 1st month have no statistical difference, but in 6 months the volume of an anticnemion decreases on average by 20,4 % that is caused by a partial resorption of the entered fatty tissue.

Abstract
The paper analyzes the morbidity patterns for the isolated forms of extrapulmonary TB in presence of HIV co-infection, as well as the morbidity patterns for extrapulmonary TB with concomitant tuberculosis at other body sites according to the Novosibirsk Regional Tuberculosis Dispensary for 2015. Isolated forms of extrapulmonary tuberculosis were diagnosed in 95 patients: tuberculosis of bones and joints (BJTB) together with TB of the CNS were registered with the same percentage, 31,6 %. The proportion of immunocompetent individuals with central nervous system tuberculosis was only 4,1 %; for HIV-positive patients, this figure was 60,9 %. Patients with BJTB were twice as many among the immunocompetent. The third most frequent is tuberculosis of peripheral lymph nodes, 14,7 %. In total, urogenital tuberculosis only accounted for 13,9 %. Concomitant tuberculosis was detected in 97 patients, including 56 HIV-positive ones (57,7 %). For 74 out of 97 (76,3 %), the primary diagnose was pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB), while in 23 patients (23,7 %) the disease manifested as extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Among concomitant forms, prevail the following: PTB + CNS TB and PTB + BJTB. Two clinical observations demonstrate different courses of peripheral lymph nodes tuberculosis depending on the HIV status.

Abstract
The study is devoted to experimental evidence that justifies a possibility to correct damage after the simulation of prolonged exposure to high levels of whole-body vibration and noise in rats by using cell technologies. The research findings demonstrate positive changes in levels of corticosterone and neuron specific enolase when mesenchymal stem cells are administered to animals affected by prolonged exposure to vibration and noise.

Abstract
The article analyzes the impact of a therapy package optimized with pharmacopuncture and injection of antihomotoxic medications, namely Cerebrum compositum and Placenta compositum, on cephalalgia severity and cognitive state in patients in the early stages of ischemic stroke recovery. We have drawn a conclusion that pharmacopuncture with antihomotoxic medications, namely Cerebrum compositum and Placenta compositum, included in the therapy of patients in the early stages of ischemic stroke recovery, firstly, provides a faster and more pronounced decrease in cephalalgia severity than «placebo» and the standard treatment, where Cerebrum compositum shows the greatest efficiency; secondly, it positively affects the patients’ cognitive skills. The use of Cerebrum compositum demonstrates a better corrective effect on the cognitive deficit than Placenta compositum.

Abstract
The article studies the impact of a three-week integrated therapy program optimized with neurofeedback and botulinum toxin treatment on the severity of spastic paresis of the upper extremity in the early stages of ischemic stroke recovery. The patients (100 p.) were divided into 4 groups: 1st - botulinum toxin treatment in combination with training on the BOSLAB hardware and software suite, massage, and electrical stimulation of the extensor muscles; 2nd - botulinum toxin treatment with massage and electrical stimulation of the extensors; 3rd - only botulinum toxin treatment; 4th - only massage and electrical stimulation of the extensors. By the end of observation, proximal spasticity in the patients of Group 1 decreased 2.7-fold from baseline, distal spasticity decreased 1.8-fold; in Group 2, the decrease was 2.5-fold and 1.5-fold, respectively; in Group 3, it was 2-fold and 1.6-fold, respectively; in Group 4, it was 1.4-fold and 1.5-fold, respectively. By this time, Group 1 patients showed a 2.4-fold increase in shoulder range of motion; in Group 2, it was 2.2-fold; in Group 3, it was 1.9-fold; and in Group 4, it was 1.5-fold. We observed unidirectional changes in the mobility of the elbow and wrist joints, which highlighted the long-term benefits of complementing the standard therapy package with botulinum toxin treatment and neurofeedback.

Abstract
Cardiointervalographyis used for assessment of vegetative tonus at young people during the sports activities. It is established that during the training young men and girls of one age playing sports without the expressed exercise loads in terms of usual exercises have gender features of change of vegetative regulation both at the beginning of training process, and during the recovery period.Depression of the general power of a range in girls happens due to influence decrease bothhigh and low-frequency range components, and in young men only at the expense of low-frequency one. In the recovery period the general power of a range remains lowin girls, and in young men regulatory influences of stem structures are restored.

Abstract
Acute ischemia was induced by ligation of the left coronary artery. Animals were removed from the experiment after 1 hour, 12 and 24 hours. The use of immunohistochemical methods in evaluating the distribution of desmin in cardiomyocytes provides an opportunity to identify pockets of acute ischemic myocardial damage. This article estimates the distribution of desmin around the intercalated discs and Z-bands in the myocardium during an experimental modeling of acute ischemia in laboratory animals, namely Wistar male rats. An immunohistochemical study of the myocardium performed to assess the severity of desmin expression may be informative for morphological diagnostics of sudden cardiac death and used in pathological and forensic-medical practice.
