Abstract

Abstract
This article is devoted to the project of creation of Institute of medical personnel in Novosibirsk and dated for the 80th anniversary of NSMU. The idea of creation of Institute of medical personnel appeared owing to the problem of shortage of the medical personnel existing in the early thirties in the country. The institute had to combine educational, research and production functions, carrying out process of training without abruption from practical activities. The project also assumed creation of scientific institutes and clinical bases. Despite shortage of financing, the idea of Institute of medical personnel was partially realized, some structural elements remained up to now.

Abstract
The objective of research: Complex and combined therapy including along with the standard treatment the usage of inhalation therapy by mineral water Maybalyk and reception of a natural homeopathic medicine Tsinabsin is carried out for rising the efficiency of sanatorium aftertreatment of patients with chronic rinosinusit. Main results. For the first time there was studied a comparative assessment of dynamics of a course and objective data of functional condition of the top respiratory tracts at using at patients with chronic rinosinusit by inhalations with Maybalyk mineral water and Tsinabsin in the scheme of sanatorium aftertreatment. Conclusion . In the remote period the assessment of efficiency of aftertreatment at sanatorium treatment including complex inhalation therapy by Maybalyk mineral water and natural homeopathic medicine Tsinabsin at patients with rhinosinusitis was carried out.

Abstract
Efficiency of treatment of destructive tuberculosis at newly diagnosed patients who had an additional physiotherapy (patent technique: inhalations with Contrykal and magnetic-infrared laser therapy) is studied. Randomized controlled research is conducted: 60 patients with destructive pulmonary tuberculosis and bacterioexcertion, 45 patients of them were in experienced group. The intoxicating syndrome was authentically quicker liquidated in experienced group; 93,3 % of patients were bacillated in 3 months, cavities of disintegration were closed at 97 % in 6 months.

Abstract
The objective of research : development of technique of pleural cavity drainage after pneumonectomy with installation of drainage in the 8th intercostal space which excludes creation of negative pressure in residual pleural cavity and prevents shift of mediastinum. Materials and methods of research . Clinical trial included two groups with 18 patients in each ones after pneumonectomy concerning pulmonary cancer. Drainage of Byulau was carried out in the 1st group. In the 2nd group the pleural cavity was drained similarly, but a syringe needle was inserted into drainage tube. The atmospheric air arriving through a needle prevents creation of negative pressure in pleural cavity and shift of mediastinum. Results of research. The shift of mediastinum was observed clinically and radiologically at 12 of 18 patients of the 1st group. No clinical and radiological implications of mediastinum shift were observed at the patients of the 2nd group.

Abstract
Experience of treatment of patients with acute phlebothrombosis of lower limbs in specialized vascular unit at 96 patients is presented in the article. All patients began treatment with direct anticoagulants - subcutaneous injections of unfractionated or low-molecular heparins according to the standard scheme. Rendering on treatment with the tableted anticoagulants - the antagonist of K vitamin Warfarin (at 33,3% of all patients) or inhibitor of X factor (rivaroxaban) at 67,7% of patients was performed during a week. Then at out-patient stage 86 patients who continued the treatment with Warfarin or rivaroxaban were conducted control ultrasonic research of the affected veins in 1, 3, 6 and 8 months after the beginning of a disease. It was found out that there was a process of canalization of the thrombosed veins is more expressed in group of the patients who took rivaroxaban. Recurrence of venous clottages was not registered in both groups. Hemorrhagic complications arose seldom in both groups of patients and didn’t lead to serious consequences.

At the present stage of herniology development, a certain frequency of recurrence (1-5%) remains despite a large number of the researches devoted to surgical technology and prostheses choice for hernioplasty. In this regard larger relevance is gained by the works devoted to in-depth study of a pathogenesis of inguinal hernias. Many authors register an important role of dysplasia of connecting tissue in the course of formation of hernia and recurrence after hernioplasty.

Abstract
Results of assessment of clinical course of late dermal porphyria at patients with HIV infection and efficiency of performed therapy are presented in the article. It is shown that the disease has classical implications of disease, positive dynamics of course of pathological dermal process became perceptible against treatment at 75 % of patients. The late dermal porphyria at patients with HIV infection debuts at young age that can be the cause for research of such patients on existence of HIV antibodies.

Abstract
Results of features of psoriasis clinical course at HIV-positive patients are presented in the article. It is shown that psoriasis can come in any stage of HIV infection. Quite often (26,3% of patients) the development of the first episode of psoriasis coincides with detection of HIV antibodies. The clinical picture of dermatosis at such patients is quite various. In most cases (78,9% of patients) have mild forms psoriasis. At 21,1% of patients more serious and widespread forms of dermatosis against expressed immunodeficiency on the T-cellular link were observed. The obtained data confirm the need of further accumulation and generalization of clinical and laboratory data for the purpose of development of criteria for screening patients on HIV infection.

Over the last years much attention is paid to studying of tuberculosis with multiple medicinal resistances to antituberculous preparations as it complicates treatment process. Increase of multiple medicinal resistances of tuberculosis is connected with low continuity and commitment to treatment, medico-social features of patients, high level of discontinuing of treatment and non-performance of standard regimens of chemotherapy, appreciable number of patients with chronic forms of tuberculosis. The conducted research will allow to develop effective patient oriented approach to treatment.

Abstract
The review of domestic and foreign scientific publications devoted to studying of filaggrin and mutations in filaggrin gene is presented in article. Special attention is paid to mutations in filaggrin gene, as one of the main reasons for development of atopic dermatitis, eczemas, ichthyosis and psoriasis. The review made by authors and analysis of references testifies to importance and need of studying of mutations for filaggrin gene in various populations for the purpose of development of new therapeutic techniques of treatment of chronic dermal diseases.

Abstract
Studying of clinical efficiency of Vitrum® to Vision Forte in treatment of patients with myopia, asthenopia and age macular degeneration of retina (AMD) was a research objective. Research included 60 patients - 20 patients with each of the above-named pathologies. The medicines were prescribed on 1 tablet 2 times a day within 30 days. Efficiency of treatment was estimated by means of standard ophthalmologic methods, questionnaire of doctors and patients. Result showed that the medicine is effective at myopia, asthenopia, and at AMD. It is tolerated well by patients and can be recommended both for treatment, and for prophylaxis of the specified states.

The analysis by a method of mathematical statistics of open (electron) tenders on purchase of suture material by large treatment-and-prophylactic institutions of the city with a million-plus population of Russia is carried out in the presented work. Average data on Russia were compared to the volume of purchases of different suture material in Novosibirsk. Based on the experience, the frequency of orders of suture material (on decrease) at treatment-and-prophylactic institutions of the city of the Russian Federation are the following: polyglycolide, VMS, monokryl, surgical gut, Capronum, Vicryl, silk. Abstract
The retrospective analysis of 25 case histories of newborns with necrotic coloenteritis is carried out. Features of clinical course of necrotic coloenteritis are studied and the following predictors of therapeutic failure are revealed: deep morphofunctional dismaturity, serious asphyxia at the birth, early neonatal sepsis, thrombocytopenia, anemia of serious degree which demanded numerous hemotransfusions, expressed hypocoagulation, hypofibrinogenemia.

Abstract
The objective of research was the analysis of a modern epidemiological situation on a case rate of sexually transmitted diseases (STD), in Novosibirsk for 2013 and 2014. According to WHO data, more than 1 million people get STD daily. Annually 500 million people become ill with one of four STD: clamidiosis, gonorrhea, syphilis and trichomoniasis. In 2014 in general the depression of STD case rate was observed except clamidiosis. The greatest number of patients was registered with urogenital trichomoniasis (3743), the smallest - with gonococcal infection - 288 cases. Woman with STD made 57,5% (3352) of 5829 patients, man - 42,5% (2477). in case rate structure there are 3,5% of children (204 patients).

Abstract
947 case records of the patients with this pathology who were hospitalized are analysed (men - 552, women - 395, middle age is 46 ± 29 years) for the purpose of studying of hyperuricemia as independent risk factor of development of chronic renal disease. The assessment of level of urinary acid is carried out, correlation of influence of hyperuricemia level on age of patients, stages of disease, existence of arterial hypertension and albuminuria is studied. The most significant hyperuricemia is registered at patients with an end-stage of chronic renal disease. There were concluded about possibilityof usage of hyperuricemia as additional marker of progress of chronic renal disease along with albuminuria, and also about probable role of the medicines reducing the level of urinary acid in retardation of progressing rates of chronic renal disease.

Abstract
The analysis of technique compliance of concerning surgical treatment of necrotizing coloenteritis to stages of process and severity of patient’s conditions among 50 children who had this disease and receiving treatment in surgical unit is performed. The analysis showed that the techniques of surgical treatment applied in our clinic corresponded to a stage of a disease and severity of patient’s conditions. Lethal outcomes weren’t preventable and aren’t connected with to the level and quality of operative treatment, and caused by the progressing sepsis, development of multiple organ injury syndrome and a bronchopulmonary dysplasia.

The objective of research is studying the features of stress of character and their interrelation with neurotic disorders. As a result of research in the main group the high level of average values on neurotization scales, unlike control group is diagnosed. Character accentuation in group of patients with neurotic disorders and in group of the conditionally healthy are revealed. For respondents of the main group the «dysthymic» and «alarming» types of accentuation are characteristic, and for the control - «labile» and «hyperthymic» types of accentuation. The interrelation between accentuation of character and level of neurotization in the studied groups is revealed.

Abstract
62 patients were examined for the purpose of identification of pathomorphism of cannabinoid abuse at the persons suffering from schizophrenia. Research was conducted at a stage of lack of acute psychotic symptomatology during more than 1 month, absence of intoxication caused by cannabinoid, lack of expressed intellectual mnestic depression. The following methods were used: learning of 10 words (A. R. Lauriy test, 1969), test for a visual and motor coordination, Labyrinths test (D. Wechsler, 1955), Tool for Assessment of Suicide Risk - TASR, Beck Depression Inventory. The questionnaires with questions concerning the description of their subjective feelings of hasheesh intoxication were developed especially for this research. It was established that single smoking of hasheesh, fast abuse development is characteristic for this group of patients. Expressed thirst for narcotic after the first 2-3 smoking testifies it. Existence of hallucinatory paranoid symptomatology is registered. There is no first phase of hasheesh intoxication, there are no signs of physiological effect of hasheesh, augmentation of duration of abstinence syndrome, depression of cognitive functions is registered.

Abstract
The objective of research is to study epidemiological features of a herpes virus infection (HVI-2) among the population of the city of Novosibirsk. Data of official statistics of a case rate of genital herpes from 2003 to 2014 (SBHE NR «Novosibirsk regional dermatovenerologic dispensary») were analysed. Conclusions. Indicators of official statistics in Novosibirsk testify to a stable epidemiological situation on a case rate of a genital herpes. An average value of a case rate is 8,6 cases on 100 thousand population. The highest incidence becomes perceptible at the age of 20-29 years during the autumn and winter period. Among patients with genital herpes prevail female persons (63%).

The number of surgeries which are coming to formation of intestinal ostomy doesn’t tend to depression. Frequency of parastomal complications are from 15,1 to 90,9%. Late complications of colostomies, formed in an urgent order by various methods are analysed at the 191st patient. The number of complications is more in group of patients to who had colostoma formed in the ways with intestine fixation to the layers of forward abdominal wall. Use of external fixation of intestine at colostomy in the conditions of intestinal obstruction is followed by smaller quantity late postoperative stomal complications.

The analysis of general and postoperative complications at the patients who were operated concerning postoperative MW3-4R0-2 hernias (on Chavrel, 1999) is carried out in the research. These patients were previously investigated on adaptic opportunities of body that allowed to differentiate various strain degrees of regulatory systems. Accurate correlation of presurgical condition on adaptic opportunities of body at patient with frequency of general and wound complications in the postoperative period is registered. This method gives the chance of forecasting of postoperative period and allows to develop preoperative preparation that improves early postoperative period.

Abstract
The analysis of three years’ clinical trial of efficiency of endomyocardial implantation of mononuclear autologous cells fraction of marrow (MAFCM) is carried out; 107 patients with coronary heart disease with emission fraction of left ventricle less than 35% were randomized into two groups: the 1st - MAFCM (n = 55) in which endomyocardial implantation was carried out in combination with medicamental therapy and the 2nd - control (medicamental) group (n = 52) which patients received only medicamental therapy. At a stage of three-year term of observation in MAFCM group the improvement of indicators of clinical and functional state, acceptability of an exercise stress and life quality is registered.

Abstract
Purpose : research of vasoactive properties of Ropivocaine when using of prolonged blockade of sciatic nerve. Materials and methods . Prospective research included 107 patients with a syndrome of diabetic foot. Indicators of brachium- malleolar index (BMI), presepcine, fibroblasts in smears prints, Ropivocaine concentration were observed within 10 days. Results . The augmentation of BMI indicators (p < 0,05), acceleration of presepcine removal, intensification of fibroblasts growth are registered at he patients receiving the prolonged blockade. The effect remained after excision of catheter.

Frequency of occurrence of subdeltoid bursitis makes from 9 to 12% among population. The most effective method of treatment of subdeltoid bursitis is puncture and introduction into bursa of glucocorticoids anesthetizing and ferment agents (Lydasum) with subsequent purpose of high-energy shock and wave therapy. The detailed knowledge of anatomo-typological features of a shoulder girdle depending on somatotype at therapy the periarticular diseases of a shoulder joint allows to choose the needle points in synovial bursa bag of subdeltoid muscle, its direction and depth of advance.

Abstract
The research results dedicated occurrence and features of syndrome of obstructive sleep apnoea at patients with 2 type diabetes in comparison with the patients with various expression of obesity are presented in article. 100 patients are examined (50 - with 2 type diabetes, and 50 - with various expression of obesity). The interrelation between syndrome of obstructive sleep apnoea and body weight index is revealed. Daytime sleepiness is registered more often at patients with 2 type diabetes, patients with the presence of autonomous neuropathy have larger risk of progression of sleep apnoea.

Abstract
Results of research of neurologic status dynamics in the peracute and acute periods of acute disturbance of cerebral circulation at patients with 2 type diabetes mellitus are presented in the article. The analysis of 60 case histories of patients with 2 type diabetes mellitus who had suffered acute disturbance of cerebral circulation is performed. The group of comparison was made by patients with acute disturbance of cerebral circulation without diabetes mellitus (60 patients). Severity of ischemic stroke at patients with diabetes mellitus didn’t differ from severity of ischemic stroke at patients without diabetes mellitus. Severity of stroke depended on the level of systolic pressure both when entering, and during hospitalization at a diabetes mellitus. Rates of recovery of neurologic status in groups didn’t differ. The recovery rate of the neurologic status at patients with diabetes mellitus was interconnected with systolic pressure level, return correlation with the level of diastolic pressure and triglycerides is registered. Depression of glycemia level less than 6,0 mmol/l authentically worsened the course of rehabilitational period at patients with acute disturbance of cerebral circulation at diabetes mellitus.

Abstract
Results of inspection of 80 patients with the acute deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs (ADVTLL) aged from 25 till 59 years (average age of patients 48,3 ± 1,5 years, 38 men and 42 women) and group of control of 580 individuals (360 men, 220 women; middle age 49,9 ± 0,5 years) without symptoms of venous pathology are presented. Studying of a role of metabolic syndrome (MS) as risk factor of ADVTLL development was the purpose of the undertaken research. During the studying MS prevalence and its components it was revealed that MS and dislipidemy (hypertriglyceridemia, rising of concentration of cholesterin of low density and depression of concentration of low density cholesterin) authentically (p<0,05) is more often registered among patients with ADVTLL, than in group of control. It was concluded that both MS in general, and such component of it as dislipidemy, can be considered as one of kinds of the acquired thrombophilia and risk factor of ADVTLL.

High prevalence of epicondylitis, long and persistent character of a course, absence of standards of diagnostics, ambiguous results of treatment, high percent of recurrence - all this leads to restriction of ability to work of patients and causes social and economic damage. To improve results of treatment of epicondylitis of a humeral bone, there is a necessary to develop pathogenetically reasonable optimum injection access under control of US with admixture of medicinal preparations - Diprospan, Lydasum, Lidocainum and to prescribe laserotherapy.

Abstract
Complex clinical trial and treatment of 39 patients with illness of artificial esophagus who were performed esophagogastroplasty by a gastric tube at benign diseases of esophagus is conducted. The research of illness of artificial esophagus was performed on the groups made on the basis of the leading pathological syndrome - disturbances of permeability of esophagogastric anastomosis and methods of correction of pathological state. The analysis of groups showed that use of hyperbaric oxygenation effectively supplements complex of medical actions at narrowings of esophagogastric anastomosis.

At para-articular injections with usage of ultrasonic visualization concentration of the operating preparations in a lesion place is enlarged, the destructive effect of surrounding tissues of a shoulder joint decreases. The medicinal admixture of Lydasum, Lidocainum and Diprospan affects the inflammatory center more effectively, than one Diprospan’s introduction. Efficiency of rehabilitational complexes with including of special remedial gymnastics and magnetolaser therapy raises a reserve capillary blood flow in a shoulder joint, reduces the inflammatory phenomena in soft para-articular tissues and eliminates a pain syndrome at patients with subacromial bursitis.

Abstract
Purpose of the presented research: to give pathomorphologic assessment of state of antral department in the stomach mucosa (SM) at patients with Osler disease (OD) during the different periods of tumoral process, to reveal pathogenetic features of formation of erosive defects SM in group of patients with OD. Patients with established OD for the first time and patients with curation of more than 5 years are examined. High frequency of erosive and ulcerative defects is revealed by results of endoscopic and morphological researches. Alterative and destructive processes in SM don’t depend on persistention of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori). It is proved that pathogenetic basis in formation of erosive defects are the microcirculatory disturbances in SM resulting in chronic hypoxia and inducing the sclerotic changes in SM alongside the depression of share of glands progressing in process of illness duration.

Abstract
Quality indicators of neuromuscular block, using various ways of dosage were compared at patients with index of body weights of more than 40 kg·м-2, laparoscopically operated concerning cloelithiasis. The correlation analysis showed existence of high, reliable direct correlation of actual doses of rocuronium with body surface area irrespective of body weight index. It is proved that dosage of rocuronium on the body surface area has advantage of dosage on ideal or actual body weight.

Research of significant genetic aberrations in group of oncohematological patients in Novosibirsk by analysis method on DNA microchips and assessment of their role in the prognosis for a disease is conducted. The obtained data are compared with efficiency of polychemotherapy and prognostic groups are created. In group of the adverse prognosis the multiple genetic aberrations took place more often, unlike the group of patients with the favorable forecast of disease at who had mainly single genetic aberrations. Implanting of genetic chips allows to reveal wide range of genetic anomalies for single-step definition of the forecast of patients with acute leukosis.

Abstract
The objective of research is to study and estimate influence of hormonal contraceptives on function of thyroid gland by means of definition of the content of thyritropic hormone (TTH) and free thyroxine (T4fr.), antibodies to thyroid peroxidase in blood serum at patients with autoimmune thyroiditis. Research included 40 women. 20 of them had autoimmune thyroiditis and were included into the main group, 20 healthy women made the group of control. As a result of assessment of dynamics of laboratory indicators it is revealed that hormonal contraceptives have no negative impact on TTG and T4fr content in blood serum, thus they have immunosuppressive effect on levels of antibodies to thyroid peroxidase that can be a favorable factor for course of autoimmune thyroiditis. Decrease of L-thyroxine dose against reception of hormonal contraceptives is possible after consultation with the endocrinologist.

The assessment of morphofunctsional condition of palatine tonsils tissue at complex therapy of patients with fungic tonzillopharyngitis is carried out. 120 patients with fungic tonzillopharyngitis are examined. The remote results which confirm efficiency and expediency of usage of ozono-ultrasonic method in complex treatment of fungic tonzillopharyngitis are registered. It is confirmed by the obtained clinical laboratorial data, including data of histological research. It was concluded that application of ozono-ultrasonic method can be recommended in complex treatment and prophylaxis of fungic tonzillopharyngitis.

84 patients divided into two groups on 42 persons (the 1st group - the persons suffering from schizophrenia with comorbidity Cannabinoid abuse, and the 2nd group - the persons suffering only from schizophrenia) were examined for the purpose of identification of risk of suicidal behavior. Research was conducted at a stage of lack of acute psychotic symptomatology more than 1 month. Tool for Assessment of Suicide Risk - TASR, by Beck Depression Inventory were used. It was established that the persons suffering from schizophrenia, comorbidity, Cannabinoid abuse are inclined to implication of serious depressive symptomatology, all participants of research have suicidal risk.

Research objective was comparative assessment of level of knowledge about genesial health and life qualities of the girls rendered medico-social care in unit of medico-social care to teenagers with standard regulations of work and accredited as «Youth friendly clinic». Single-step continuous comparative medico-sociological research - questioning of girls for an assessment of level of knowledge on genesial health and life quality is conducted. Reliable increase of knowledge level and life quality for 3 years of observation in accredited as «Youth friendly clinic» unit of the medico-social care to teenagers is registered while increase of the studied parameters was statistically insignificant in group with standard regulations of work of similar unit (> 0,05). The direct strong and statistically significant connection (r = 0,81; р < 0,05) is established between the level of knowledge of this problem and life quality.

Abstract
Remote lithotripsy, possessing high efficiency, is widely applied to treatment of patients with urolithiasis. Quite wide experience of usage of this method in hospitals is saved up, there are publications on its application in out-patient conditions. Despite low-invasiveness as any intervention it can lead to complications. The analysis of treatment of 196 patients with urolithiasis who were performed remote lithotripsy in out-patient conditions is carried out. Efficiency was estimated depending on density, the size of a stone and addition to standard stone-removing therapy of alpha adrenoblocker. The best results were received in groups of patients with sizes of stone less than 1 cm, stone density less than 900 HU and in group where alpha adrenoblocker was additionally prescribed in the postoperative period.

Abstract
Urolithiasis is one of actual problems in the modern world. The urolithiasis is the most frequent pathology of urinary system demanding surgical treatment. However the need of the certain surgical treatment, questions of tactics at large, multiple and dendritic nephrolithiasis remain debatable, by no means all of issues connected with prophylaxis and cupping of various complications are solved. Efficiency of low-invasive surgical methods of treatment at patients with stones (from 1 to 1,5 cm) kidneys at 183 patients who were performed percutaneous nephrolithocenosis (PNLC), mini-PNLC, transurethral piyelolitotripsiya and remote lithotripsy (RLT) is analysed. Results of interferences were estimated on the operation duration, completeness of excision of stone, complications, number of secondary unplanned procedures, aftertreatment terms. The conducted researches on assessment of efficiency in group of patients with nephrolithiasis with a size of stone from 1 to 1,5 cm convincingly showed advantages of PNLC, including mini-PNLC before RLT and transurethral surgery.

Prostate Tuberculosis is frequent, but often missed diagnosis: prostate tuberculosis was pathomorphologically confirmed by purposeful search at 77% of the patients who died of tuberculosis of all localizations and at 25% of living patients with tuberculosis of respiratory organs. The research objective was the assessment of efficiency of neonatal screening and gene diagnostics of mucoviscidosis (MV) in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District-Yugra from 2006 for 2014. Average annual level newborns who had performed screening-test made 95,5%, the frequency of MV - 1 case on 9095 newborns. Sensitivity of method made 100%, specificity - 99,7%. Increase of number of false positive results of test correlated with decrease of the recommended threshold level of immunoreactive Trypsinum that defines the need of development of its regional reference sizes. Results of gene diagnostics of patients with MV showed prevalence of delF508 mutation in homozygous, heterozygotic state or in a compound in 73,9% cases.

The research objective is development of norms of somatic growth at children of 0-17 years at the Middle Ob Region and their comparison with developed ones on cohorts of children of the other territories. Influence of complex treatment optimized by all-systemic magnetotherapy and EHF-puncture on a condition of the psychophysiological status at patients with arterial hypertension (AH) in combination with cervical dorsopathy is studied. 167 men (middle age 47,3 ± 7,4 years) with the diagnosis of AH of I-II stage combined with reflex of dorsopathy syndromes in cervical department of a backbone are examined. Depression of level of reactive uneasiness, improvement of indicators of health, activity and mood, reliable augmentation of sensomotorny reaction rate that pointed to optimization of balance of nervous processes, improvement of mechanisms of the central locomotorium regulation is demonstrated. Patients who were performed basic medical complex or added with one of methods of physiotherapy, had less expressed character of changes.

A studying of Kernoghan index of arterial vessels of hollow and parenchymatous organs is carried out on 80 corpses of men of three age groups. It is established that with age the thickness of tunica media of vascular wall is gradually enlarged, and width of lumen changes depending on sample accessory of organ: for parenchymatous organs narrowing of vessels, for hollow - augmentation of this parameter is becomes perceptable. Value of Kernoghan index is increasing in all studied organs with aging, but fairly the index growing is characteristic for parenchymatous organs - lungs and kidneys that testifies to deterioration of capacity of vessels at elderly and senile age.

Structure of parotid sialadens of teenage male rats who were exposed to chronic intoxication salts of heavy metals (lead and cadmium) were investigated. The morphometry showed that chronic lead intoxication results in reliable augmentation of the area of serous cell and triple decrease of the area of interstitial spaces. Cadmium entering also causes augmentation of the area of cytoplasma in serous cell that is combined with reliable decrease of the area of kernels in serous cell. The area of interstition decreases twice.

The esearch objective was studying of parameters of enteral transport of the modified and native Hyaluronidasum from a lumen of a jejunum at rats in experiment. The following experimental models were used: medicine incubation in an intestine (in situ) and a chamber of Ussinga. 58 melanomas with spindle-cell morphology are investigated. Accoding to results of the complex analysis it is established that their range is non-uniform and includes some options with various biological behavior. It is shown that nodular and superficial extending spindle-cell melanomas have authentically best forecast (р < 0,05) in comparison with other melanomas of spindle-cell range. Lymphogenous tumor spread is typical for combined and superficial extending options and desmoplastic copies are inclined to development of local recurrence.

Abstract
The objective of research : to study expression of CMV and VSH-2 proteins in various structures of placenta at women with chronic urogenital infection. Materials and methods . Investigated the material received from 12 placentas of women with urogenital infection. Material was divided into 2 groups: the 1st one consisted of women with inflammatory virus changes in placenta caused by VSH-2, the 2nd group included women with inflammatory changes caused by CMV. The received results showed that decrease of CMV and VSH-2 expression from decidual cells of basal plate to cells of stroma and endotheliocytes of capillaries terminal villis is caused by protective function of placenta in relation to a fetus. The registered expression of VSH-2 proteins in endothelium in vessels of basic and terminal villis, and CMV proteins - in the stroma cells of both types of villis testifies to the increased risk of penetration of originators into a fetus organism with development of congenital herpetic and CMV infection.

The objective of research: to study morphological changes in bone tissue, regional lymph nodes at introduction of osteal cement into vertebra body. 70 male Vistar rats were used. Defect of a vertebra body was framed in experienced group, osteal cement was entered. In control group - only perforation of vertebra body. It is established that toxic damage by osteal cement was followed by retardation of osteanagenesis processes, development of vessels clottage, led to restructuring the regional juxtaspinal lymph nodes with disturbance of their transport function and immune reactions that caused relapsing character of inflammation.

First-rank sportsmen of and Masters of Sports in Jujutsu are examined. The record of cardiointervalography was made 4 times: before training, after warm-up, after maximum load and in 15 min. after rest. It is established that the beginning of training process is followed by redistribution of influence of regulatory systems with augmentation of subcortical influences and decrease of stem. The period of redistribution of regulatory influences occurs quickly and during warm-up reaches the ratios sufficient for ensuring all the training process. The recovery period is longer than the warming-up period.

Results of studying of minimum erythema dose of ultra-violet radiation at healthy people and patients with arterial hypertonia of different sex and age are presented in the article. 130 healthy volunteers and 51 patients with arterial hypertonia of the 2nd stage of the 2nd degree with high probability of risk of complications are examined. Rising of dermal sensitivity to ultraviolet at men aged from 40 till 60 years and at young women is proved. At the men suffering from arterial hypertonia acceleration of vascular reactions forming erythemal dermal reaction becomes perceptible. It was concluded that the test for dermal reactivity to ultra-violet radiation allows to estimate sensitivity of vessels to vasodilating action of Histaminum.

Results of researches on comparative assessment of body hypoenergization degree with disturbances of consciousness and memory at nitric narcosis and acute oxygen poisoning are presented in the article. Hypoenergization degree was estimated with usage of such fundamental property of nitrogen and oxygen molecules as affinity to electron, and it was expressed in power units. Extents of disturbance of consciousness and memory were regarded on a clinical picture of the specified occupational diseases of divers and submariners. It was revealed that the extents of disturbance of consciousness and memory correlate with body hypoenergization indicators. Indicators of pereoxidation of cellular membranes can be used for determining the sensitive and steady persons against conditions of hyperbarism. Researches are conducted during planned diving descents to depths from 10 to 210 m with participation of 60 divers.

Results of studying of influence of sanatorium treatment including balneotherapy with chloride sodium bathtubs in a complex with general and transcranial magnetotherapy on a condition of thermoregulation at patients with arterial hypertonia (AH) are presented in the article. Dermal thermometry and technique of «cold» stimulation is used for this purpose. 82 patients with AH of the 1-2nd stage and the 1-2nd degree aged from 30 till 69 years are surveyed. It is proved that addition of balneotherapy with chloride sodium bathtubs combined with procedures of the general and transcerebral magnetotherapy promotes the expressed influence on thermoregulation indicators at patients with AH. Thus there is alignment of dermal thermoasymmetry and normalization of its thermoreactivity that testifies to their positive influence on morphofunctional condition of microvessels well defining adequacy of peripheric circulation of the person.

Abstract
Antiviral efficiency of domestic chemical compound of NIOC-14 in comparison with the antivariolous preparation ST-246 developed by SIGA Technologies Inc. (USA) is estimated at intranasal infection of mice with ectromelia virus (EV). It is shown that 50% effective doses in vivo of NIOC-14 (3,59 mkg/g of mass of a mouse) and ST-246 (5,08 mkg/g of mass of a mouse) didn’t differ authentically. Peroral NIOC-14 injection to mice for the 1st day or for 1 hour to VE infection, and also in 1, 2 and 4 days after VE infection and further within 9 days provided 100% survival of animals. NIOC-14, just as ST-246, reduced VE credits in lungs, nasal cavity, brain, liver, lien, kidneys and pancreas.

Abstract
The objective of research was carrying out the comparative analysis of effects of intraperitoneal influence by cadmium sulfate in a dose of 0,05 and 0,5 mg/kg in terms of metal on Wistar rats during pregnancy. Results of research showed that impact of sulfate of cadmium on Wistar line rats has hepatotoxic effect which expression depends on a toxicant dose. The priming of animals cadmium salt in a dose of 0,05 mg/kg leads mainly to change of liver hemodynamic, and cadmium sulfate intake in a dose of 0,5 mg/kg leads to depression of mass liver, the expressed changes from its parenchyma, and also to change of functional activity of cells.

Abstract
One of reasons of carbohydrate metabolism dysfunction of various degree of expression are levels of pro-insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin. A research objective was determination of concentration of pro-insulin, glycosylated hemoglobin, S-peptide and other indicators of carbohydrate metabolism at patients with 2 type diabetes mellitus. Interrelations between concentration of pro-insulin and levels of glucose, fructosamine, glycosylated hemoglobin depending on a stage of compensation of carbohydrate metabolism at diabetes mellitus 2 types were studied. Patients with stage of decompensation diabetes had rising of concentration of pro-insulin, glucose, fructosamine in comparison with similar indicators of patients in a stage of the compensated Diabetum. It is assumed that that measurement of concentration of pro-insulin can be important diagnostic criterion that allows to view Diabetum decompensation degree.

Abstract
The influence of melatonin, Cyclophosphanum and their combination on features of structure of epithelium adenomeres: myxocytes and serous cells of submandibular sialaden at rats after subinoculations by Walker 256 carcinosarcoma were studied. Suspension of Walker 256 carcinosarcoma cells were implanted into a femur muscle of Vistar rats in volume of 1 × 106 cells. The analysis of received results testified that acinar cells of submandibular sialaden are steady against influence of the paraneoplastic endogenic intoxication which is formed with malignant tumoral growth. Besides, melatonin introduction as monoagent and in combination with Cyclophosphanum, at tumoral growth stimulated intensifying of biosynthetic epithelium function of adenomeres gland of myxocytes and serous cells.

Abstract
The objective of research : to compare interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels of blood plasma and molecule of intercellular adhesion-1 (ICAM-1) as biomarkers of progressing massive fibrosis at 38 patients. Materials and methods . Plasma of patients was measured on the maintenance of intercellular molecule of adhesion-1 and IL-8. Results . High levels in IL-8 and ICAM-1 serum are important as these results can indicate attractants of neutrophils and molecules of adhesion that are connected to a medium-weight chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with accompanying coronary heart disease, and hidden processes of the progressing massive fibrosis.

Conclusion . Abstract
Relevance of creation of new antiburn ointments for conservative treatment of superficial combustions of IIIa degree is caused by the high frequency of emergence of this type of injuries, duration of patients’ treatments and, as a result, augmentation of terms of temporary invalidity. The REPALEN ointment composed by the authors of the article on the basis of essential oils of herbs showed high therapeutic efficiency at a stage of preclinical researches of the standardized thermal combustion. It was confirmed by the data of morphological research.

Abstract
An experimental modeling of cardiac bruise on the approved model - Vistar white male rats was carried out for the purpose of identification of ultrastructural changes of endotheliocytes of vascular capillaries of myocardium at mechanical cardiac abnormality of different severity. Transmission electron and microscopical research of slices of cardiac ventricles of animals with subsequent statistical processing of the received results was performed. A series of characteristic changes of organellas of endotheliocytes is registered. In particular, experiment allowed revealing at cardiac injury the augmentation of volume densities of mitochondrions, micropinocytic vesicles and depression of volume densities of ribosomes. Thus expression of ultrastructural changes of endotheliocytes depended on severity of cardiac injury.

Abstract
One of important issues of expert practice is defining conditions and mechanisms of formation of fractures of skull bones. New data obtained by authors on ratio of organic and inorganic components of bone tissue which testify that at densitometry the inorganic component is responsible for 84,8% of x-ray density, and for 15,2% - organic. The form and degree of expression of anatomic formation has essential impact on distribution of density on skull bones. Close connection of density with other parameters characterizing bone durability shows that it is its important indicator. The received result of performance allows to carry out expert assessment of volume and nature of local fractures of skull more informatively at persons suffering from trauma of various hormonal disorders (hypothyrosis, menopause and so forth) that leads to washing calcium away from bones and to osteoporosis. New data allow estimating the volume of constructional fractures of skull not only depending on a type of external influence, but also from morphological features of contact area.

Abstract
The necessity of the conducted research is connected with the problems of treatment of erypsipelas in the majority of the countries in the world at the present stage that is caused by augmentation of number of serious forms and cases of a relapsing course of this pathology. Normalization of indicator of the nuclear and plasmatic relation and volume density of granular endoplasmatic reticulum, augmentation of quantity of microvillis formed by a plasmatic membrane was registered as a result of the performed complex therapy with usage of intravascular photomodification of blood at medium-weight and serious forms of erypsipelas in lymphocytes. According to the presented data, intravascular photomodification of blood possesses medical and improving sanogenic action that is connected with structurally functional reorganization of small and larger lymphocytes.

The objective of the research is development of a technique of quantitative definition of Amphotericin B by means of inversion voltammetry. For this purpose the operating conditions of voltammetric behavior of Amphotericin B was investigated, namely influence of various factors (accumulation potential, accumulation time, display rate, nature of background electrolyte) on the potential and size of current of Amphotericin B restoration was estimated. The object of research is Amphotericin B (the powder lyophilized for preparation of solution for infusions of 50000 ea). The performance data of quantitative definition of Amphotericin B are defined as a result of the work.

Abstract
Results of research of influence of Fenosin (a tablet on the basis of dry extract of a cortex of an aspen and a bismuth of subcitrate) on the current of an experimental ulcerative colitis at rats in comparison with a vegetable preparation Altan are presented. It is established that Fenosin renders expressed antiulcerous, antiinflammatory and antipyretic actions on model of an acute experimental colitis at rats who are shown in decrease of the area of ulcers, a damage rate of a mucosa of a large intestine. The studied preparation promotes restoration of body weight and temperature of animals, doesn’t concede, and in certain cases exceeds a comparison preparation Altan that testifies to prospects of his use in complex therapy of inflammatory diseases of a large intestine, namely at a nonspecific ulcerative colitis.
