Relevance of culturological approach is presented in the article. The interrelation of culturological approach with educational process is performed. It is shown that the strong and healthy state is under construction on spiritual bases of national experience of the people which remains and transferred from generation to generation by means of system of national social education. The advertizing role in formation of gender stereotypes is explained.

The necessity of formation of moral values at officers is proved in the article. Spiritual interests are the cornerstone of military activity of the officer. It is emphasized that modern military activity differs in the high level of intellectualization of control systems that makes high demands to training of the officer not only in physical, but also in intellectual, spiritual and moral aspects. Priority moral values are revealed, and the characteristic of values which have to be brought up at students of faculties of internal troops of military universities is submitted.

Topical issues of organization of examination on carrying out medical activities in the admission of persons to the positions of paramedical personnel in medical school according to the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation № 239-n from 19.03.2012 are considered in the article. The statement on examination committee, the detailed statistical analysis of examination for 2012-2014 is submitted. Significant questions are also the improvement of educational and methodical materials and material base; integration of clinical departments of higher education institution and pharmaceutical college in carrying out this examination.

Control of academic progress of students is one of fundamental elements of modern higher education. The performed analysis of modern domestic control methods of training efficiency showed that, despite undoubted advantages and originality, all of them have one common disadvantage - none of them can’t apply as universality. Development and deployment in educational practice of the technologies which are controlling progress and at the same time increasing motivation of students to cognitive activity is one of the most important directions of improvement of domestic system of higher education.

The reasons of recurrence of varicose illness on the basis of somatotype o and the morphofunctional features of venous system of the lower extremities are established. Researches are conducted on 60 corpses of people without pathology of vessels and 20 corpses with existence of varicose illness. Clinical material, including 510 patients with varicose illness is processed and presented. The analysis of the reasons of recurrence at 102 patients is carried out. It was concluded that a certain structural organization of venous system of the lower extremities that demands an individualization of surgical grant is inherent to each somatotype.

Results of the combined therapy of psoriasis with usage of Kartalin cream in combined with «Imunofan» are presented in the article. 30 patients with various clinical forms of psoriasis received a therapy course with Imunofan solution within 10 days (then «Imunofan» was prescribed in rectal suppositories for 5-10 days) and Kartalin cream 2 times a day. All patients had full retrogress of rashes or appreciable clinical improvement. Conclusions: the combined treatment of «Imunofan» and «Kartalin» allowed to reach fast positive clinical effect and to refuse usage of glucocorticosteroids.

The remote results of prospective randomized clinical trial of surgical treatment of ishemic heart disease at patients with low fraction of emission of left ventricle in the working heart in the conditions of artificial circulation are presented. Conclusions . The working heart operation of direct revascularization of myocardium in the conditions of artificial circulation has no advantages in comparison with standard technique of aortocoronary shunting concerning improvement of retractive function of left ventricle and level of life quality, however statistically significantly reduces survival of patients and tolerance to exercise stress in the remote postoperative period.

254 children aged from 2 till 14 years with signs of atypical coeliac disease took part in research. Serological markers of coeliac disease were revealed at 1/3 patients, thus antibodies to fabric transglutaminase were registered much less often - at 20,5 %, than to gliadine - at 79,5 % of number of serological positive patients. Antibodies were registered insignificantly more often at patients with acetonemic states (40,0 % of number surveyed) in the analysis of distribution the serological markers of coeliac disease among five studied groups, and it was reliable less often - only in group of patients with growth inhibition (5,6 % of number surveyed). Prognostic influence of type of the studied markers, their combination and level of rising on results of morphometric research wasn’t established.

Purpose : to estimate the results of complex therapy at patients with clottage of hypodermic veins at varicose illness. Materials and methods . Group of the patients (72 people) who received a course of anticoagulant therapy concerning acute clottage of hypodermic veins of the lower extremities. Results . At all 100 % (n = 72) patients who were performed anticoagulant therapy, positive dynamics was registered clinically and at duplex scanning. Conclusion . Usage of anticoagulants at complex conservative treatment of clottages of hypodermic veins is effective and results in lysis of thrombotic masses.

Research objective : to optimize prophylaxis of respiratory complications at patients with polytrauma. Materials and methods . 60 patients took part in the research. In the main group The tactics of early expeditious restoration of chest carcass by original fixatives under the control of endovideothoracoscopy was used. Results . ALV duration indicators were lower in comparison with group of comparison (5,2 ± 1,48 and 12,4 ± than 1,5 patients-days). Quantity of endobronchitis and pneumonia are 43 and 86 % respectively. Conclusions . The offered tactics of treatment allows to reduce ALV duration, to reduce quantity and to reduce gravity of respiratory complications.

180 patients with application of modified endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy by the technique offered N. by Masseger et al. are operated (2004). The punched latex container with antibacterial ointment was used in the early postoperative period. Efficiency of use of this container was estimated according to the subjective complaints generalized in the table and also at objective assessment of the local status with application of microscope and rigid rhinoscopes.

107 children with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma are examined. By results of research a series of clinical and anamnestic signs having immediate impact on formation of allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma or their combination at children was established. It is shown that formation of allergic inflammation only in top or only in the lower respiratory tracts or their combination will depend on the combination of both endogenic, and exogenous risk factors.

Lately health of children and teenagers became a subject of a great concern for society. The work is devoted to features of temperament of children with various diseases. The presented data testify that most of researchers consider that the reason of deviations in mental health of children the most often is in disharmony of properties of temperament to environment. Establishment of a place and a role of psychological features of children in individual etiopathogenesis of pediatric illness and the solution of need and methods of their correction is the necessary condition of successful treatment of diseases at children’s and teenage age.

Treatment of 150 6-18 year-old patients with diagnosis of infantile cerebral paralysis as spastic diplegia divided into 2 groups is considered in the article: the main with treatment on the device «Mioneyroton», combined with pedalling on velosimulator, and group of comparison - with standard therapy. By results of research it is established that at application of functional therapy the spastichnost of muscles of the lower extremities authentically decreases, force of muscles increases, the volume of active and passive movements in knee and ankle joints is enlarged, indicators of life quality in comparison with the standard methods of treatment improve.

5-minute pieces of cardiointervalography (CIG) with allocation of RR-, QT-, ST-ranges at healthy children and children with acute respiratory diseases in comparison are studied in the presented work. Functional approach (subphase analysis of CIG) is offered that allows to estimate quantitatively the biophysical phenomena at systemic and molecular level occurring in a phase of an action potential of retractive cardiomyocyte according to dispersion of subphases.

Retrospective research of 358 case histories of patients aged from 20 till 92 years treated in surgical unit of GNRCH from 2001 to 2013 with pancreatic cysts is conducted. Men - 237, women - 121. The patient were performed both an internal, and an external drainage, kinds of radical operations.

The features of intraventricular hemorrhages of the perinatal period among children with various neurologic diseases are considered in the article. Material of research were 1-6 year-old children, who had intraventricular hemorrhages and who are on rehabilitational treatment in the specialized center. During work features of morphological character, etiopathogenesis, clinical importance of such hemorrhages and their interrelation with the clinical syndromes which progressed after hemorrhages and gravity of outcomes were revealed.

Results of clinical and laboratory trial of condition of stomatologic status of patients at early stages of surgical menopause are presented in the article. The analysis of the obtained data showed that the surveyed contingent of persons against the expressed estrogen deficiency had a progressive augmentation of values the parodont indexes, deterioration of hygienic condition of oral cavity, adsorptive ability of epitheliocytes of oral cavity mucosa, reduction in the rate of secretion of saliva, rising of its viscosity, and also imbalance of microbial landscape the parodont pockets.

Purpose: improvement of results of treatment of patients at fitting migration of joint disk of temporal and mandibular joint. Material and methods . Complex examination and treatment, including repositioning splint-therapy, 35 patients with fitting migration of joint disk of temporal and mandibular joint was conducted. Main results . Efficiency of complex treatment with application of splint-therapy at fitting migration of joint disk of temporal and mandibular joint made 88,5%. Conclusion . Including in complex treatment of repositioning splint-therapy at fitting migration of joint disk allows to reach normalization of spatial relationship and to eliminate intermittent trauma of elements of temporal and mandibular joint.

54 women were diagnosed urethritis among the 81 women with recurrent cystitis with disease recrudescence after sexual intercourse. In a random way patients were divided in two groups - main (MG) and the group of comparison (CG). In MG 32 patients received roxithromycin (esparoxy) on 150 mg twice a day within 20 days, 22 patients of CG received doxycycline on 100 mg twice a day also within 20 days.Results of research show that the urethritis associated with Chlamidia mikoplazmennoy an infection proceeded behind the post-coital cystitis in 66,7 % of cases. Treatment by doxycycline and roxithromycin was equally effective, but roxithromycin showed authentically the best acceptability: in CG of 13,6 % were compelled to stop therapy because of a serious side effect of a preparation on a digestive tract.

The objective of research : studying of progress of depression at nutritional addiction at persons of different ages for the purpose of identification of the most dangerous risk group on suicidal behavior development. Materials and methods . 97 patients with nutritional addiction - 70 women and 10 men aged from 25 till 60 years were examined at private center. Psychopathologic and follow-up methods were used in the research. Results and discussion . Some groups were registered according to which some men with nutritional addiction, mainly bulimia, depression wasn’t attributable. The depression with risk of emergence of suicidal thoughts is attributable for the women suffering from both nervous anorexia, and bulimia. It is important to consider the obtained data for treatment and definition of disease forecast.

Local introduction by a «blind» method of glucocorticoids doesn’t give desirable improvement at plantar fasciitis and heelstring tenotitis, and very often there comes recurrence of a disease, and repeated injections promote a destruction of a calcaneus and soft tissues of foot, harmful affect a mucosa of a digestive tube. The offered medical method developed: introduction under US-control to places of attachment of plantar aponeurosis to calcaneus of admixture of preparations - Lydasums, Lidocainum, a diprospan with subsequent application of extracorporal shock and wave therapy is cost-efficient, simply performed, considerably reduces the frequency of recurrence and has no contraindications.

The assessment of ability of neutrophils to acquire active forms of oxygen and assessment of phagocytic activity of neutrophils of peripheric blood at patients with oropharyngeal candidiasis against various methods of treatment is carried out. 120 patients with oropharyngeal candidiasis are surveyed and treated. Results which confirm efficiency and expediency of ozono-ultrasonic method in complex treatment of oropharyngeal candidiasis that is confirmed by the obtained clinical laboratorial data are estimated. It was concluded that application of ozono-ultrasonic method can be recommended in complex treatment and prophylaxis of oropharyngeal candidiasis.

The analysis of structure of tuberculosis case rate at health workers in the Udmurt Republic for 10 years (2002-2011) is carried out. In the presented research the age, sexual and professional structure of patients with tuberculosis among health workers is defined. The analysis of data showed high tuberculosis case rate at workers of health care of the Udmurt Republic exceeding on the majority of indicators of tuberculosis case rate of the population of the Republic and the Russian Federation.

For the purpose of the analysis of results of empirical therapy of patients with urogenital infections at an out-patient stage the following researches were performed: retrospective analysis of out-patient cards and data of statistical coupons of 6753 patients for 15 months on the basis of the City clinical hospital № 26; open comparative retrospective research of assessment of efficiency of treatment of patients with acute and chronic cystitis at optimum and non-optimal regimens of therapy (n = 85); population research of definition of the prescribed antibacterial preparations at empirical therapy of UTI. Interns and interns of NSMU, Novosibirsk and Irkutsk urologists and gynecologists, total 181 persons were questioned. In out-patient urological practice inflammatory diseases of genitourinary system takes 47,3 %. Optimum therapy increases efficiency of treatment of acute cystitis on 6 %, and chronic cystitis - on 17 %. The conducted survey showed that the level of knowledge of interns and hospital physicians of optimum therapy of urogenital infections is insufficient. Up to 25 % of medical prescriptions concerning acute and chronic cystitis isn’t optimum and can potentially promote late identification of urotuberculosis tuberculosis.

Purpose : development and application in clinic of new technology of formation of circular compression seam for improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with colon cancer. Materials . The new device - a compression stapling machine of intestine was offered. Results . The device was used at the 71^st operation. The complications connected with quality of anastomosis wasn’t revealed. Conclusions . The new technology allows preventing development of anastomosis incompetence.

Indicators of endothelial regulation of vascular tonus, levels of molecule of intercellular adhesion and vascular endothelial factor of increase, and also immune and inflammatory markers before complex treatment with usage of Spironolactonum in dose of 25-50 mg per day within 12 months were investigated at 94 patients with pseudorheumatism with raised maintenance of Aldosteronum in blood. Complex therapy of pseudorheumatism improved indicators of endothelial regulation of vascular tonus on 15 % more effectively, promoted depression of concentration of ICAM-1 on 17 % and VEGF on 30%, reduced the level of S-reactive protein on 15 % and alpha tumor necrosis factor on 12% unlike standard therapy. Complex therapy allowed lowering an index of pseudorheumatism activity of DAS28 on 16 % more than standard therapy.

Extremely important role of determination of intraabdominal pressure at patients with emergency surgical pathology of abdominal organs is presented in the article. And, the somatotype as the volume and capacity of abdominal cavity considerably differ at people of various somatotype has to be put in an assessment of indicators of intraabdominal hypertensia (dolichomorphic, brachymorphic, mesomorphic). It is reflected in the initial sizes and critical parameters defining treatment tactics. The obtained scientific data allowed departing from average sizes of abdominal compression and to individualize each patient in emergency surgical practice.

To sectional and morphopathohistological research of 75 corpses of people of various somatotype without pathology of bile passages and pancreas and 26 corpses of people with acute and chronic biliary pancreatitis are plunged. Topographoanatomical and pathohistological features of intraduodenal pancreatic part of general cholic duct, pancreas at corpses of people of various somatype are registered. The anatomic and pathohistological criteria of acute biliogenic pancreatitis are defined that allowed the surgeon to expire from the «norm» concept and to define treatment tactics individually at each patient in connection with features of the somatotype.

The remote results of studying the functional condition of cardiorespiratory system at professional performers of guttural singing are presented. Prospective research (in 3 years) shows that professional singers of guttural singing in hoomei style statistically more often have arterial hypertension, hypertrophy of left ventricle, respiration depression of function on restrictive type in comparison with considered indicators at the beginning of observation.

The possibility of optical visualization of highly active points of compliance to organs and body regions with pathology by a non-contact optical method with radiating their short-term light impulse was presented as a result of the conducted researches.

Results of the research based on observation over 140 women aged from 42 till 62 years, who suffers from urogenital disturbances are presented. Purpose : to define efficiency of complex therapy at the women of climacteric age suffering from urogenital disorders and pelvic pains. Materials : 140 women aged from 42 till 62 years suffering from urogenital disturbances; the 1^st group (70 patients) received only peroral antibacterial therapy (Fosfomitsin, Ouro-Vaksom), the 2^nd group (70 patients) received local reparation intravesical and vaginal therapy (Depantol, Urogial). Observation over the patients was carried out within 6 months. Results . Significant improvement of microcirculation mucous bladder and vagina and elimination of syndrome of pelvic pain is registered at the patients receiving complex urogynecological therapy. Conclusions . It is established that complex therapy allows stopping more effectively the symptoms of urogenital disturbances and considerably increasing of life quality at women in postmenopause.

Nowadays the number of the factors stimulating an allergic sensibilization has increased. The special role is given to allergens with two-dimensional reactivity. A research objective was studying the influence of the motor transport of microbiological profile of soils and prevalence at the population the diseases with an allergic component in districts. Connection of level of soil pollution by serious metals and contamination degrees micromycetes as potential allergens is established. The higher incidence of illnesses with allergic component is revealed at the population living in districts with high density of a street road network.

One of the main objectives of neurosciences and humanitarian disciplines using their results is the reference to functional and structural changes at brain pathologies for justification of the new directions of development on a meeting of disciplinary interaction. The analysis of stages of interaction of neuro- and the humanities with attempts of sharing of scientific results, successful and doubtful in respect of final results is carried out. The obtained data presented in the state-of-the-art scientific review allow prognosticating further development of joint researches on many directions as neurosciences, and humanities.

A sociological survey of patients and general practitioners was conducted for the purpose of improvement of the organization of health care schools for patients in the out-patient medical organizations. The received results formed a basis for improvement of the organization of preventive actions and development of model on optimization of health care school on the basis of application of informational technologies referred on improvement of medical care quality.

The main results of carrying out the social and hygienic research which formed the basis for development, approbation and introduction to practice of innovative model of scheduled maintenance with country people in modern conditions are presented in work. The data was used immediately in practice as a result by the link of primary contact of territorial state health system, but it was used previously only in the work of organs and establishments of Federal Service on Customers’ Rights Protection and Human Well-being Surveillance. The developed methodical approach significantly increases efficiency of usage of data on habitat and lifestyle of population, giving them the operational importance and value in administrative decisions and organization of work in health care establishments. In practice the technique significantly pulls together the preventive and medical directions. The main indicators of efficiency of the model realization are defined.

Hepatoprotective effect of aqueous-alcoholic extracts received from the raw materials of birch bark which are previously dispersed with a size of particles of 0,1-0,3 mm (DBBE) and native birch barks of (NBBE) is studied. Animals were divided into 5 groups on 10 individuals in everyone. Group 1 - intact; 2 - ССL₄ (negative control); animal of the 3^rd, 4^th groups before introduction of ССL₄ previously within 5 days once abdominally entered DBBE, NBBE in a dose of 100 mg/kg, animal the 5^th group comparisons injected a medicine karsit (JSC Sofarm, Bulgaria) in a dose of 100 mg/kg. 50% ССL₄ Solutio oleosa was entered on the 6^th day abdominally in a dose of 0,2 ml / 100; on the 1^st, 4^th and 7^th day after introduction of ССL₄ the animals were brought out of experiment. The obtained data testify to ability of DBBE to stimulate reparative processes in parenchyma of rats’ liver more in comparison with karsil and NBBE.

The objective of research : receiving and analysis of multicomponent structure of essential oils of yarrow ordinary, sage-brushes Pontic, tansies blue and camomiles pharmaceutical by method of a gas-liquid chromatography. Conclusion . The components which are a part of essential oils of yarrow ordinary, sage-brushes Pontic, tansies blue and camomiles pharmaceutical have antiinflammatory, wound healing and antimicrobial effects that allows to use them as a part of antiburn medicines.

Results of histological changes of rats’ lungs in the acute period of a burn disease at correction by infusion solution lactoprotein with sorbitol in comparison with 0,9% NaCl solution are presented in the pilot study. It is proved that introduction of lactoprotein solution with sorbitol (in a dose of 10 ml/kg) within seven days at rats with burn disease reduces more effectively pathological changes in structure of stroma and parenchyma of lungs, than at rats who were entered a normal saline solution of NaCl into similar terms (in a dose of 10 ml/kg).

Development of algorithm of transferring the state service on outsourcing is considered in the article. Priority of factors for an assessment of expediency of involvement of the outsourcer organization to rendering the state services is revealed on the basis of method of expert evaluations.

The development of justification technique concerning transfer on outsourcing of particular business process of pharmacy chains taking into account risk on the basis of methods of the systemic analysis, expert poll, probability theory and mathematical statistics are considered in the article. Business processes of pharmacy chain for outsourcing transfer are presented. The indicator called «index of expediency of outsourcing» is offered for a quantitative assessment of performance of business processes.
