Abstract
Development and deployment in educational practice of the technologies stimulating motivation of students to cognitive activity is the central psychological question of training. Numerous attempts of rising of educational motivation level, known from the literature, has rather recommendatory, than concrete practical character. For the purpose of rising of level of educational motivation of senior students of surgical illnesses chair N 1 KSMU the method of self-estimation and peer assessment of the current progress of the students which semantic basis is stimulation by the extramental subject of educational motivation by means of change of a goal-setting is developed and approved on practical (seminar) training. Realizing the offered model of self-estimation and peer assessment of the current progress of the students, i.e. acting as «expert», the student, irrespective of his will and desire, has to know a training material rather deeply.

Abstract
In the developed social and economic conditions from educational, medical institutions it is required to displace accents in the course of education and education of experts on development of social and moral responsibility. The research objective consists in the analysis of components of moral and ethical responsibility of interns of the 1st and the 2nd year study at Medical institute. For diagnostics of the level of moral and ethical responsibility of the personality of interns DUMEOLP questionnaire consisting of 6 scales was used. The results of research presented in article are referred on the analysis of formation of moral responsibility at the cognitive level of social responsibility.

Abstract
Purpose : to study interrelation of study motivation with intelligence and academic progress at teenagers with different level of academic workload. Materials and methods . Examination of 1090 (560 girls and 530 boys) 15-17-year-old teenagers of Novosibirsk was conducted. The complex of inspection included testing with usage of Raven Progressive Matrices. Results and discussion . The assessment of motivations of teenagers, measurement of level of intellectual development is necessary point of clinical and psychological practice in medicine and pedagogics in connection with diagnostics of disturbances and justification of training programs.

Abstract
Research objective: analysis of features of course of the diffuse purulent peritonitis (DPP) at the traditional treatment (TT) and with usage of the local negative pressure (LNP). 37 patients with DPP, from them with TT - 32, LNP - 5 are investigated. The index of abdominal cavity (IAC), relaparotomy, complications dynamics SAPS II, SOFA were estimated. At application of LNP positive dynamics of the IAC, depression of quantity of relaparotomy and complications in comparison with TT becomes perceptible. Application of LNP in shorter terms stops DPP phenomena, reducing quantity of relaparotomy, promoting decrease of complications and improvement of results of treatment.

Abstract
The number of complications of colostomies, created at intestinal obstruction, is much higher, than at planned interventions. Formation of flat colostomies on an unprepared intestine where an adhesion by first intention of dermal and mucous transition is supposed, shouldn’t be applied for the same reasons, as refusal of primary interintestinal anastomosis. In clinic the method of external fixation of astomal intestine is developed. Lack of complications, reliable fixation, simplicity of execution, short formation period and convenient postoperative care prove the offered method of fixation of stomal intestine in the conditions of intestinal obstruction.

Research objective is studying of social adaptation feature at persons health limitations. The low level of life quality both before and after sociocultural aftertreatment is revealed as a result of research of life quality level at persons with health limitations. The high level of anxiety and the average level of depression is registered at studying level of anxiety and depression at persons with health limitations before sociocultural aftertreatment. The high rate of satisfactory subjective wellbeing before sociocultural aftertreatment is revealed. The high level of ergotrofny balance and low level of trophotropic balance is received during the analysis of psychological state at persons with limited opportunities before sociocultural aftertreatment.

Abstract
Research objective is studying of feature of the self-image at patients with endocrine diseases. It is established that the level of self-esteem is close to adequate at patients with endocrine diseases, but there is a predilection to the tense self-humiliation; there is a selective attitude towards itself which is proved in charge of displeasure expression to people around. A certain self-disrespect is distinctive at patients with endocrine diseases that is possible connected with uncertainty in the abilities and high level of internal stress. A distinctive feature of patients with endocrine diseases is the high aspiration to change of the self-concept which can be a consequence of self-dissatisfaction.

Abstract
Risk factors of lethal outcomes at 144 patients receiving replacement renal therapy by a hemodialysis program in unit of nephrology and hemodialysis of SBHE NR «NSRCH» are presented in article. At the first stage patients were divided into two groups: died and survived. Further the analysis of the factors influencing on the forecast performed in several steps. As a result of the conducted research it was revealed that risk factors of lethal outcome at the patients receiving therapy with a program of hemodialysis can be considered as > 55 years, BMI < 18,5, decrease of concentration of albumin < 40 g/l, the CRP level > 5, index of comorbidity 5 and more.

Abstract
In the review of literature modern aspects of etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, classification and clinic of chronic gastritis at children of various age groups are considered. Diagnosis of chronic gastritis is discussed from positions of various researchers. The analysis of data of literature allowed defining major factors of risk of irrational therapy of acute gastritis and a problem of an eradication of the chronic gastritis at teenagers associated with the infectious process caused by Helicobacter pylori.

The special attention is paid to clinical implications of giardiasis, traditional and modern methods of identification of giardiasis are considered in detail. Advantages and efficiency of three-stage therapy of lambliasis, especially in combination with other invasions are shown.

Abstract
The key parameters at 95 male patients with tuberculosis of respiratory organs and 49 patients with prostatic tuberculosis who were on hospitalization at FSBE «NSRIT» of the Russian Ministry of Health were compared for the purpose of defining the anthropometric characteristic of patients with prostatic tuberculosis. It is established that patients with prostatic tuberculosis in comparison with the male patients with tuberculosis of respiratory organs had the excess weight and the enlarged waist circumference reliable more often. People of low or very high body height most commonly were among the patients with tuberculosis of respiratory organs, and vice-versa among patients with prostatic tuberculosis - the person of average height (166-180 cm).

Abstract
The research in which 72 patients with prostatic tuberculosis hospitalized in unit of urogenital tuberculosis at FSBE «NSRIT» of the Russian Ministry of Health during the period starting on 2012 and continuing through inclusive 2014 is conducted for the purpose of defining the main indicators of the metabolic and hormonal status and level of disturbance of spermatogenesis at patients with prostatic tuberculosis. It is established that 41% of patients with prostatic tuberculosis have metabolic syndrome which aggravates negative influence of a basic disease on ejaculate indicators.

Abstract
Key parameters of clinical course of infectious and inflammatory process at 95 male patients with tuberculosis of respiratory organs (TRO) and 49 patients with prostatic tuberculosis (PT) who were hospitalizated at FSBE «NSRIT» of the Russian Ministry of Health care compared. At patients with PT the following features of course of infectious and inflammatory process in comparison with TRO patients were revealed: at PT the normal level of erythrocytes and hemoglobin remained the same, there was no leukocytosis and rising of S-reactive protein. Patients with PT had disturbances of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism more often, intensity of inflammatory process was less expressed. Symptoms of intoxication and albuminous failure are more expressed at patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

Abstract
An open prospective comparative randomized research on 72 patients with prostatic tuberculosis (PT) was conducted for the purpose of development, approbation of method of restoration of fecundity of patients with prostatic tuberculosis and assessment of its efficiency. Patients were divided into 2 groups: the main (49 people) received standard etiotropic treatment in a complex with spermatoprotective therapy including Selzink plus and chorionic Gonadotropinum; and group of comparison (23 persons) received only etiotropic treatment. Carrying out spermatoprotective therapy at patients with PT enlarged quantity of spermatozoons by 44,0 %; enlarged number of active and mobile forms of spermatozoons (group A and B) by 22,4 %, increased quantity of normal forms of sperms by 16,1 %.

Abstract
Purpose : an assessment of efficiency and safety of immunosuppressive therapy at children with the juvenile arthritis (JA). Methods : the comparative analysis of clinical data of laboratory on immunosuppressive therapy at 110 patients with JA. Results . Reliable depression of laboratory activity of a blood on MCT and GIBM is revealed. On GIBT the average level of CRP is 0,8 ± 0,2 mg/l, an ESR - 10,1 ± 1,2 mm/h, p < 0,05, it is lower, than at children with standard schemes of treatments. Frequency of occurrence of collateral reactions didn’t differ on MTH and GIBT. Conclusions: MCT remains the main preparation in treatment of JA. GIBM allow to achieve remission quickly.

Abstract
The purpose of the presented research is determination of serumal concentration of molecules of adhesion (sCD54, sCD50) and an assessment of influence on it of standard therapy at patients with the admixed bronchial asthma (BA). In the conditions of pulmonary unit examination of 50 patients with BA of the admixed genesis of an uncontrollable course in an exacerbation stage is conducted. Illness duration at the examined patients was from 1 year to 40 years. BA of moderate severity was diagnosed at 25 (50 %) patients, at the others serious disease is revealed. Increase of the maintenance of soluble molecules of adhesion is revealed (sCD54 and sCD50) at a severe BA of the admixed genesis. Existence of correlation dependence of the tested soluble molecules with functional indicators of lungs and inflammatory changes of a peripheric blood allowed to consider high serumal concentration of sCD54 and sCD50 markers of severe admixed BA at adults. Treatment of BA exacerbation with combined usage of systemic and inhalation glucocorticosteroids along with antibiotic therapy leads to normalization of the increased serumal level of sCD54, sCD50.

Abstract
Disturbances of eating behavior are considered among the reasons of emergence and advance of obesity. Identification of types of eating behavior at teenagers with various body weight was a research objective. The questionnaire of alimentary behavior (DEBQ) was used for interviewing. It was concluded that the external type of eating behavior is characteristic for group with unreversed body weight; restrictive type - with the excess body weight and an obesity; emotional type - for group with excess body weight. In all groups the combined option of eating behavior is revealed.

Abstract
In this article the efficiency assessment of application of the preparations containing indole-3-karbinol and epigallokatekhin-3-gallat in a complex with natural therapeutic methods is carried out (TES-therapy and bdellotomy) at treatment of adenomyosis in combination with hysteromyoma in comparison with hormonal methods of treatment. Research included 105 patients of genesial and perimenopausal age with adenomyosis combined with hysteromyoma. Results of research showed that application of the preparations Indinol and Epigallat influencing the main pathogenetic mechanisms of development of myoma and adenomyosis opens the new direction in therapy of the specified diseases, and natural therapeutic methods - new opportunities in complex therapy.

Abstract
For the purpose of identification of clinicodynamic aspects of a comorbidity of schizophrenia with a syndrome of kannabioid abuse 56 patients (F 20.0 were examined; F12.0 on MCB-10). Average age of examinees was 27 ± 4 years. The informed voluntary consent to participation in research was used. Duration of a disease is from 1 to 5 years. Research was conducted at a stage of lack of an acute psychotic symptomatology, absence of intoxication caused by reception of psychoactive agents. The following methods were used: a clinical method, the semi-structured psychiatric interview, the Scale of an assessment of positive symptoms (SAPS), the Scale of an assessment of negative symptoms (SANS), the Scale of an assessment of positive and negative symptoms (PANSS). The conducted research showed dynamic development of schizophrenic process with prevalence of a psychopatholike symptomatology against formation of an apathoabulic state, with pavor of death in the form of a monosymptom, a prevailation of crazy ideas of the religious contents, iresistance and poverty of hallucinations.

Abstract
56 patients (F 20.0; F12.0 on ICD -10) were examined for the purpose of the solution of the matter of correction of neurocognitive deficiency at schizophrenia of comorbide cannabinoid abuse. All patients were divided into groups: main group (MG) included the patients accepting an adequate pharmacotherapy and performing trainings of cognitive deficiency (28 people); the control group (CG) included the patients receiving only a pharmacotherapy. Average age of examinees made 23 ± 4 years. The informed voluntary consent to participation in research was used. The following methods were used: technique of determination of short-term memory, technique «random access memory», labyrinths test (D. Wechsler, 1955), PANSS scale. Design of research: primary examination of patients was conducted at the first visit, prior to carrying out neurocognitive trainings; the repeated - in 4 months, after the end of training programs in CG. As a result of neurocognitive training the positive dynamics of indicators reflecting a reduction of neurocognitive deficiency is registered: rising of concentration of attention, volume of a long-term memory, improvement of general picture, reduction of negative symptomatology.

Abstract
For the purpose of detection of features of remission at schizophrenia of comorbide cannabinoid abuse 49 male patients (F 20.0; F12.0 on ICD-10) were examined. Duration of a disease is from 3 to 10 years. The age of respondents was 36 ± 5 years. All participants accepted adequate psychopharmacotherapy. The informed voluntary consent to participation in research was used. The following methods were used: semi-structured psychiatric interview for an assessment of the mental status of patients; clinical and follow-up method; scale of assessment of positive symptoms (SAPS) and scale of assessment of negative symptoms (SANS); positive and negative syndromes scale (PANSS); Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS). Research was conducted in two stages with frequency of 1 year. As features of remissions disappearance of interests, hobby, communication need, friends are revealed at this category of patients. At objectively safe employability nearly a half of patients (47 %, p < 0,001; 43 %, p < 0,001) don’t work and hardly fulfill only the elementary house duties. Lack of hospitalization within a year is registered at 72 % of patients that can testify to synchronization of process with resistant delusions of the religious contents and the expressed apathoabulic syndrome.

Materials of the literature review on basic standards of studying of life quality at children and teenagers in the Russian Federation are presented in article. The neccesity of studying of parameters of the life quality connected with health at assessment of medical and rehabilitational programs is demonstrated. An importance of carrying out population researches of life quality of healthy children in regions for formation of groups of comparison concerning separate parameters is emphasized. The most convenient questionnaires - the universal instruments of studying of the health care life quality are presented taking into account opportunities and necessary conditions for usage in clinical practice.

Abstract
The system of complex aftertreatment of patients is developed. All system includes 4 periods of aftertreatment at reconstruction of facial skull with osteal plasty of defects of jaws concerning various diseases and damages of maxillofacial area. All patients are distributed on 3 dispensary groups depending on existence or lack of a condylar process. The complex of medical actions including physiotherapy, orthodontic, orthopedic treatment depending on the rehabilitational period was differentially carried out in each group. Good anatomo-functional results were reached in the remote terms in the first dispensary group at 95,8% of patients, in the second - at 75,9 %, in the third - at 81,1 % of patients.

Abstract
The surveyed patients were divided into 3 groups, in 1st on was of 150 students of the 2-5th of courses of stomatologic faculty of NSMU aged from 18 till 27 years, entered the 2nd - 130 patients aged from 30 till 45 years, the 3rd - 140 patients aged from 46 till 60 years. Researches showed that secondary deformations of dentitions can be observed as at the kept dentitions in cases of a multiple carious lesion of occlusal surfaces of teeth, anatomically the wrong restoration of occlusal surfaces of crowns of chewing teeth or their contact surfaces after sealing, and at partial loss of teeth in all age groups. At the kept dentitions secondary deformations can be met at young people at the age of 18-25 years more often. Therefore at restoration of occlusal surfaces of crowns of chewing teeth the simplification of a form of restoration is inadmissible: its decrease in a size, not formation of hillocks and sulcus, an undercontouring - lack of articulation. These mistakes gradually lead to movement of teeth.

Research of clinical efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic agents of «Asepta» line at children and teenagers of various age of Novosibirsk is conducted: gum balm, gum gel, mouthwashes and toothpastes. The analysis of the received results revealed a high efficiency of these preparations at treatment of inflammatory diseases of paradontium at children of various age.

Abstract
Different types of the implants introduced in an autograft were replaced and studied osteointegration during the experiment on dogs. Results showed that porous dental implants regenerate into graft more effectively. In clinic the research of the 41 patient who were replaced 135 dental implants, from them - 118 of titanium nickelide with permeable porosity and 17 - titanic screw implants is conducted. Observations showed that terms of integration depended on character of the replaced material, a type of implant and nature of defect of a bone and a graft.

Abstract
So far there is no consensus about a choice of a method of formation of colostomies in the immediate surgery, search of new methods of stomized proceeds. Intestinal ostomies, as we know, seriously influence on life quality of the patient irrespective of the main diagnosis. The interrelation between methods of formation of colostomies in an urgent situation and life quality is shown by the conducted research. The indicators of life quality estimated by means of specific questionnaire are higher at those patients to whom the emergency ostomy was carried out without bracing of intestine to layers of a forward abdominal wall.

Abstract
Research objective is to estimate clinical efficiency and safety of intrasynovial introduction under US control of preparations of bacteriophages at treatment of synovites of a hip joint of an infectious etiology at patients with various rheumatological pathologies in the anamnesis. Treatment was carried out to 89 patients with the diagnosis by a coxarthrosis and/or an aseptic necrosis femoral head. At all patients there was observed unilateral, the bilateral synovitis of a hip joint more rarely. The analysis of results of treatment showed that introduction of bacteriophages intrasynovially under the US control of has much more expressed therapeutic effect at synovites of a hip joint of an infectious etiology, than standard approaches to treatment.

Abstract
The purpose of the presented research was improvement of results of conservative treatment at patients with early stages of an aseptic necrosis of femoral head and an osteoporosis due to addition of courses of intrasynovial injections of Perftoran with Dimexidum in a hip joint under US control with injections of Forsteo® (teriparatide), a stimulator of formation of a bone tissue. In terms of observation of 1 year a permanent depression of a pain syndrome and augmentation of mineral density of a bone tissue of proximal department of a femur according to an x-ray densitometry is registered at all patients.

Abstract
Acute cystitis remains one of the most common causes of reason for a medical care. As the disease is inclined to a reccurence, prophylaxis of exacerbations is highly actual. 57 sexually active women of genesial age received phytoprophylaxis after a causal treatment (furasidin and fosfomicin) Prolit super septo for 1 or 2 months. The excellent result was received at 87,7% of patients, and appreciable improvement was achieved at other 12,3%. The two-month course of phytoprophylaxis is more effective.

Abstract
Research objective : to establish distribution the prothrombotic polymorphic options of genes at children with an ischemic stroke. Materials and methods . Samples of DNA at 25 children with the diagnosis of ischemic stroke at the age of 2-17 years were the material for studying of distribution of polymorphic the options of prothrombotic genes. The method of polymerase chain reaction in real time (Real-Time of PCR) with usage of the competing TaqMan probes was the cornerstone of the analysis. Results . It was revealed that the heterozygotic polymorphic option (-675) 4G/5G of a gene of PAI-1 and a heterozygotic polymorphism of 677 ST of a gene of MTHFR with a larger frequency were defined at patients on acute disturbance of a cerebral circulation. A combination of three and more polymorphic options the prothrombotic of genes were more often revealed in group of sick children. High level of concentration of a homocysteine in blood serum at patients with an ischemic stroke is registered. Conclusions . Research of the prothrombotic of polymorphisms at children and well-timed phenotypic correction of their functional realization will allow to reduce significantly number of patients who have had thrombotic vascular events.

Abstract
Change of a range and sensitivity to antibiotics of originators of the infections of urinary tract (UT) in urology unit at NHE «Road clinic hospital of Novosibirsk railway station PLC The Russian Railways (RZhD)» in 2013 in comparison with the first half of the year 2012 with calculation of the index of medicinal fastness (IMF) of the main pathogens for two periods is studied. On the basis of these data the protocol of empirical antimicrobial therapy of UT on types of risk of refractory microorganisms is corrected. Depression is shown to IMF E. coli and K. pneumoniae and rising to IMF E. faecalis depending on the frequency of consumption of germicides (AMP) of different classes. However the number of ESBL-producers grew in this connection in the new protocol the emphasis on AMP with an action range on this flora is strengthened.

Abstract
Features of clinic and course of chronic dermatoses at HIV-positive patients are considered in the article. It is shown that such chronic dermatoses as psoriasis, seborrheal dermatitis, eczema, acne, perioral dermatitis, atopic dermatitis can come out in any stage of HIV infection. At most of patients - 53 (91,3 %) - the debut or an exacerbation of dermal disease were observed in a stage of secondary diseases of HIV infection. In 37,9 % of cases the process had a flaccid and continuous and relapsing progress. The combination of two dermal pathologies was observed at 22 patients (37,9 %). The expressed immunodeficiency on the T-cellular link with high «viral load» was observed at all examined patients in a stage of secondary diseases of HIV infection.

Research objective: determination of life quality of preschool children with defects of genitourinary system after operative measures. Questioning of 78 preschool children with malformations of genitourinary system after reconstructive operative counterparts. Life quality was studied by the following criteria: physical, emotional and psychological, social, assessment by the child of his own health and its self-rating, characteristic of environment. By the studied criteria the reliable differences aren’t present between control group and group of the operated children with various malformations of genitourinary system, among both children, and parents.

Abstract
The research objective is studying on interrelation of psychological features of perception of time with personal characteristics of students. For the purpose of diagnostics of personal features and system of the relations of the person to temporary space the technique of temporary prospect of Ph. Zimbardo, technique of semantic differential of time and technique of multifactorial research of the Cattell’s personality was used. It is established that features of perception of time are connected with personal characteristics of group of emotional lines and communicative group, but thus there is no interrelation with lines of intellectual group. It testifies that the perception of time doesn’t depend on the way of thinking and its features. It is noteworthy that similarity of the personal characteristics connected with perception of time which has in its basis some dynamic indicators in the majority, such as features of behavior or dynamics of emotional processes.

Abstract
The research objective was studying of feature of motivation at patients with toxic psychosis against the use of synthetic narcotic substances. As a result of research the interrelation of some personal disorders at patients with their motivational profile was revealed: traditional and submissive motives of the drug use and also motives of self-damage are distinctive for persons with antisocial disorder of the person; the pseudo-cultural motives connected with desire to follow norms of subculture are specific for borderline personality disorder; traditional motives of the drug use for schizotypal disorder of the person and for anxious personality disorder - are submissive. Features of motivational profiles via differences between groups of examinees were considered: for the persons using synthetic cathinone submissive motives are more distinctive; for the persons using synthetic cannabinoids - submissive and pseudo-cultural.

Research objective was studying of features of exchange of iron at patients with diffuse B-large-cell lymphoma in a disease debut. Complex inspection with usage routine (Serum iron, the general and latent iron-binding ability, coefficient of saturation of transferrin, ferritin) and additional (soluble receptors of transferrin, hepcidin, erythropoetin) indicators allowed to allocate the main types of disturbances of a metabolism of iron against the course of malignant process.

Abstract
Article is devoted to assessment of the nutritive status of patients with AH and in combination with COPD. On the basis of the analysis of the anthropometric data, data of bioimpedancemetry and level of free leptin hormone in a blood direct high correlation link of free leptin level with indicator of fat mass according to bioimpedancemetry are presented; direct moderate correlation link between BMI indicators and percent of fatty tissue at an assessment of composite body composition is shown. It was revealed that patients with AH have the expressed changes of body composition, and maximum levels of free leptin become perceptible at patients with combined pathology of AH and COPD while patients with COPD often have deficiency of muscle mass. Abstract
Therapeutic efficiency of subthreshold rhythmic transcranial magnetic stimulation (RTMS) at a persistent chronic headache of dishormonal character at 37 patients of the pre climacteric period aged from 41 thru 53 years was estimated. Treatment with RTMS method with an exception of medicinal preparations was carried out. Questionnaires (VAS, hospital scale of anxiety and depression) and neurophysiological methods served as the control of efficiency. Retrogress of headache, depression of level of anxiety and depression due to the stabilizing influence of RTMS on a reticular formation of a trunk is registered.

Abstract
The characteristic of 120 patients with acute coronary syndrome without ST-segment elevation (MIKD ST) subjected in the course of hospitalization to percutaneous coronary interference is submitted in the research. Data on angiography and results of treatment are pesented. It is revealed that adverse cardiovascular events (returnable stenocardia, postmyocardial infarction stenocardia, recurrence by MI) during hospitalization were registered more often at patients with myocardial infarction without ST-segment elevation (IMBP ST) (р = 0,03). Duration of observation was 16 ± 6 months. During observation a third of patients were hospitalized repeatedly in the emergency order in connection with development of ACS (unstable stenocardia, MI, death from MI). At the patients who have earlier had MIKD ST, repeated cardiovascular events developed much earlier (generally about 30 weeks after release).

Abstract
Purpose : to reveal features of clinic, diagnostics, surgical treatment of relapsing purulent pancreatonecrosis. Materials and methods . Work is devoted to assessment of efficiency of treatment at 209 patients with purulent pancreatonecrosis. 56 patients with recurrent purulent pancreatonecrosis (RPPN) who were earlier operated on acute pancreatonecrosis and its complications are allocated in separate group. Results . Application of our own method in complex treatment at patients with RPPN allowed to receive lethality of 5,36 % that is reliable below, than in group of comparison (p < 0,05). Conclusions . The offered techniques allowed to reduce postoperative complications and death rate in relation to group of comparison at patients with RPPN in the main group.

Abstract
Reconstruction of anatomical structures in the head is a difficult task even for experienced surgeons. Small defect of tissues of maxillofacial area and other departments of the head can become the reason of serious functional and esthetic violations, considerably reducing life quality of the patient. Nowadays the set of recovery techniques is available to the surgeons who are performing plastic and reconstructive surgery. The plasty by local tissues, and also tissues from the remote areas is widely applied. Each method has the merits and the demerits. In our opinion, the tissues receiving blood supply from the district of superficial temporal artery give favorable opportunities for reconstruction of the defects located in the head. The main features of this method are presented in the article.

Results of questioning of 392 medical volunteers working at Universiade-2013 in Kazan are presented in article. Average age of the interrogated volunteers was 21,2 years. Compliance of the program of training of medical volunteers to their requirements during the work on Universiade was estimated on 9,2 points. Volunteers exposed to the level of a medical support of the main client groups of Universiade on 9,1 point from possible 10. Volunteers estimated work of organizing committee of Universiade on 9,8 points. More than a half of the interrogated volunteers mentioned the possibility of their work at the forthcoming sports competitions of the international level.

Abstract
Results of single-step transversal research of randomized selection of a cohort the trained employees of Siberian Chemical Plant (Seversk) are presented. It was established that workers of the main production among the most frequent combinations of risk factors of cardiovascular diseases had obesity, hypodynamia, dyslipidaemia that determined the low level of adaptic potential of an organism. The above-named state was accompanied by failure of adaptic mechanisms at a third of workers of the main production.

Abstract
Work purpose: justification of activities for improvement of the existing medical care system. Efficiency of activities was estimated on changes of risks of the admission rate, as predictor of professional capacity loss. The assessment of relative risk of repeated hospital admission made 0,3799; р < 0,0001. The risk of hospital admission as a result of experiment on average decreases by 38 % that gave on average additional 3,7 months before the next hospital admission. The offered activities caused improvement of economic parameters of health service due to decrease of risks of repeated hospital admission.

Abstract
The work is devoted to assessment of influence of the increased levels of the general vibration and noise on behavioural activity at rats by means of the «open field» installation. Animals were subjected to impact of the general vertical vibration and noise for 1 hour daily within 30 days. After carrying out procedures at rats pathological symptoms which could testify to existence of disturbances of a media regulation or organic damages to the central nervous system were not registered. The received results of parameters of behavioural activity of animals testified to stress action of the increased levels of the general vibration and noise.

During the experiment on 180 white not purebred male rats of three age periods (puberty, genesial and the expressed senile changes) with application of histological and morphometric methods with the subsequent statistical analysis it was established that experimentally modelled immunosuppression state causes the morphological reorganization of spleen at animals which is shown in hypoplasia of a white pulp. The highest level of reactivity of spleen in response to introduction cytostatics is observed at animals of the puberty period. Changes of a white pulp of spleen of rats of the period of the expressed senile changes proceed against involute processes.

In the conditions of PLC «Sanatorium „Krasnoozersky“» treatment-and-reabilitation actions were added with carrying out two-week course of four-chamber hydrogalvanic bathtubs with 1 % an aqueous solution of brine of the lake «Ostrovnoye» at 25 patients with vibratory disease (VI) of the I-II st., 45-65 year-old men. The group of comparison included 20 patients with VD comparable on age, stages of a disease receiving standard rehabilitational schemes. By results of research it appeared that four-chamber hydrogalvanic brine bathtubs have the greater stimulating influence on a neuromuscular transmission, tonus-power characteristics of muscles and reduce expression sensory disorders from the upper extremities in comparison with the standard treatment.

In the conditions of PLC «Sanatorium „Krasnoozersky“» the treatment-and-reabilitation actions at 64 patients with osteoarthrosis of knee joints aged from 45 till 65 years that made the main group were complemented with a two-week course of the Scandinavian walking. The group of comparison included 20 patients comparable on age, gender, disease and exercise training and was conducted Terrainkur. By results of research it is established that the Scandinavian walking has reliable analgesic effect, improves the function of the affected joints and psychophysiological characteristics of the patient expressed more than at Terrainkur.

30 patients aged from 45 till 59 years, men and women, with osteoarthrosis of knee joints with complaints on pain syndrome and restriction of mobility in the lower limbs were divided into 2 groups and examined: in the main group patients were treated with application of phonophoresis with local form of Meloxicam - 1 % of Amelotex gel, and the group of comparison was given placebo procedures. By results of research it is established that introduction of Meloxicam by ultrasound in circumarticular tissues increases rate of analgesic effect development by 2,3 times, expression of restoration of joint function - by 2,5 times, reduces anxiety degree by 2,2 times in comparison with standard schemes of treatment.

45 patients with chronic inflammation of Highmore’s sinus in a phase of subsided condition were divided into 2 groups by method of random sample and examined: the 1st group received procedures of lavage of nasal cavity by Dolphin complex with shilajit within 30 days in addition to basic preventive actions, the 2nd placebos procedures of eliminative therapy were carried out with Dolphin complex. By results of research in the 1st group the eliminative therapy reduced expression of symptoms of nasal respiration difficulty by 2,3 times, nasal discharge - by 2,7 times, effectively corrected the disturbances of olfaction that significantly differed from identical indicators in placebo group.

Specific information (frequency) patterns reflecting structure of interaction in departments of vegetative nervous system and a metabolism are formed at the fixed states in the conditions of carrying out clinoorthostatic test. The carried-out Fourier analysis showed that within a certain frequency range there is a possibility of existence of subfrequency component, reflecting from our point of view the frequency and temporary information heterogeneity of a regulatory signal which can be connected with morphofunctional features and heterogeneity of effector links of vegetative nervous system and metabolic systems in general.

Patients are distributed into 2 groups: the 1st group that had the standard medical complex added with dynamic electroneurostimulation (DENS) from the device DiaDENS-PKM on zones of pain both biologically active points and 2ndone - with carrying out DENS placebo procedure against the standard treatment. Pro- and antioxidatic status at 45 patients with parodontosis in dynamics of the treatment optimized by magnetolaser therapy is studied. After a two-week rehabilitation course the following is revealed: the augmentation of an indicator of the general antioxidatic status by 1,5 times, depression of level of malonic dialdehyde by 1,5 times, level augmentation α-tocopherol by 1,3 times from reference values. That authentically exceeded similar values in group of standard treatment in combination with placebo procedure of magnetolaser therapy.

Abstract
It is shown that the number of the students with various alleles of DRD4 gene in the genotype significantly differs depending on an ethnic origin and a course. On the 1stcourse among Slavs (Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians) the number of students with DRD4*7R genotype made 19,4 %, and at the 5-6th course the number of such students decreased to 3,5 %. The analysis of progress showed that such «selection» of carriers of DRD4*7R allele is caused by low progress and the subsequent expel of these students. Besides, it was revealed persons with a similar genotype differed in the antisocial behavior increased by alcohol consumption, among them the narcomania and a toxicomania in this connection many of them were deducted also for this reason. Among Finno-Ugrian and Mongoloid groups of students the carriers of DRD4*7R allele of such pattern are registered. Abstract
Article is devoted to studying of morphological changes of adrenals at an arterial hypertonia. Pathomorphologic characteristics of epinephral glands at the people who died of cerebral and cardiac option of thanatogenesis and who were suffering from arterial hypertonia during lifetime and dead from mechanical trauma incompatible with life are compared. A series of patterns of the morphological changes depending on various clinical implications of arterial hypertonia ultimately defining dying option. At development of cerebral or cardiac option of thanatogenesis there are statistically significant changes in one of adrenals. So in the left adrenals the expression of vacuolation of adrenalocytes of cerebral substance and quantity of endocrinocyte in it with pycnotic cores is enlarged. Morphological features of hyperfunction of glomerular zone, namely - defatting in the left and right glands are more expressed at cardiac option of thanatogenesis. In fascicular and mesh zones of contralateral glands at cardiac option of dying, in comparison with cerebral, the blood filling is more expressed. Also Nidal lymphoid infiltration and vacuolation of adrenalocytes of cerebral substance of the left adrenals is more expressed at cardiac option of thanatogenesis.

Abstract
The assessment of the influence of immobilized interferon-α2b on functional activity of peritoneal macrophages of CBA/CaLac mice was carried out on indicators of proliferative activity of cells and arginine metabolism by them, and also the role of signaling molecules in activation of macrophages is emerged. Results of research showed that immobilized interferon-α2b dose-dependently strengthens a proliferation of peritoneal macrophages, has no impact on production of nitrogen oxide and moderately reduces activity of arginase in macrophages. Signaling molecules of cAMP, a MAR-kinase r38, NF-κB and PI3K take part in carrying out a signal of activation of macrophages immobilized by interferon-α2b.

Abstract
Qualitative structure and quantitative content of fatty acids was studied by the method of gas-liquid chromate-mass-spectrometry in common centaury and crosne herbs. It is established that common centaury contains 18 fatty acids. Nonsaturated acids (linoleic and α-linolenic) 53,88 % prevail. Crosne herbs contains 6 fatty acids. Saturated acids (14-methylpentadecanoic acid and stearin) - 60,17 % prevail.

Abstract
Definition of qualitative structure and quantitative contents of macro- and microelements in Betulae folia samples was carried out by a mass spectroscopy method with inductively connected plasma on the «ELAN-DRC» device at JSC «Chemical Analysis Center „PLAZMA“», Tomsk. As a result of the analysis the presence of the 61st element is established in all studied samples, and differences on qualitative structure of elements are not revealed. Differences are observed in the quantitative maintenance of elements depending on influence of the polluting factors and on duration of their impact on a plant.

Antioxidatic activity of cooperative extraction received from aerial part of agrimonia pilosa (extractant - water cleared alcohol of ethyl 40 and 90%), was determined by their ability to inhibit an autoxidation of in vitro adrenaline with usage of spectrophotometric method (SF-56, at wavelength λ - 347 nanometers). It is established that the greatest antioxidatic activity the extraction received with usage of 40% of alcohol of plant, ethyl from grass, and morphological parts (inflorescences and leaves) possess.

Research objective was the assessment of influence of the polluting factors (motor transport, industrial emissions, light pollution) on the content of substances of primary and secondary synthesis (biologically active agents (BAA) - amino acids, polyphenolic oxidable compounds, flavonoids, triterpenoid compounds, Acidum ascorbinicum, hydroxycortic acids) in birch leaves. As a result of the conducted researches it is established that the polluting factors (emissions of motor transport, industrial emissions, light pollution) lead to depression of the maintenance of the BAA main groups (except for amino acids).

The general maintenance of water-soluble polysaccharides and pectinaceous substances is defined by gravimetric method in the pips of two types of the sort Day lily ( Hemerocallis L.). Qualitative composition of Saccharums in raw materials and their quantitative ratio are investigated by method of liquid-gas chromato-mass spectrometry. It is established that pipes of day lilies are characterized by the high maintenance of polysaccharides in which structure sucrose and fructose prevail.
